Abstract

ABSTRAK Proyek akan dianggap berhasil jika pekerjaan yang direncanakan dapat terlaksana dengan baik, seperti tepat waktu, tepat untung dan tepat kualitas. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut yaitu produktivitas tenaga kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mencari besarnya faktor – faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi besar kecilnya produktivitas pada suatu proyek kontruksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Masjid At-Taqwa Sebagai Fasilitas Penunjang Universitas Muhammadiyah. Prosedur penelitian dimulai dari penyusunan dan penetapan variabel berdasarkan jurnal – jurnal terdahulu dan selanjutnya pembuatan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam mencari faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis statistic deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji f dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan aplikasi statistic yaitu SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari pengolahan data penelitian didapatkan faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas dengan memenuhi syarat uji t yaitu faktor attitude dan moralitas pekerja, dengan indicator “merasa memiliki terhadap pekerjaan” lalu didukung dengan hasil Analisa regresi linear berganda dengan nilai koefisien regresi positif, artinya pengaruh signifikan antara variabel dengan produktivitas. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas, Tenaga Kerja, Kompetensi, SPSS ABSTRACT The project would be to work if work planned to be done well, as timely, proper risk and correct quality. One of the factors that are affecting labor productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the factors that affect the size of the productivity of a construction project. This research was conducted on the At-Taqwa Mosque Construction Project as a Supporting Facility for the University of Muhammadiyah. The research procedure starts from the preparation and determination of variables based on previous journals and then making a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research method used in finding factors that affect productivity are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis, normality tests, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test and the coefficient of determination with the help of statistical applications, namely SPSS version 25. The results of processing research data obtained factors that affect productivity by meeting the requirements of the t test, namely the attitude and morality of workers, with the indicator "feeling of belonging to the work" and then supported by the results of multiple linear regression analysis with a positive regression coefficient value, meaning that there is a significant influence between variables with productivity.
