Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Sambungan Tipe Sendi Pada Baseplate, Pedestal Dan Angkur Untuk Bangunan Industri (Studi Kasus : Building 45 Pt. Pratama Abadi Industri, Tangerang, Banten), Nama : Mohammad Firdaus, Nim : 41117320021, Dosen Pembimbing : Donald Essen, ST, MT. 2022. Sambungan base plate kolom adalah antarmuka kritis antara struktur baja dan pondasi beton. Sambungan ini digunakan pada bangunan untuk menopang beban gravitasi dan sebagai bagian dari sistem penahan beban lateral. Selain itu, mereka digunakan untuk pemasangan peralatan dan struktur pendukung luar ruangan, di mana mereka mungkin terpengaruh oleh getaran dan kelelahan akibat beban angin. Baseplate dan angkur sering kali merupakan item baja struktural terakhir yang dirancang tetapi merupakan item pertama yang diperlukan di lokasi kerja. Perencanaan anchoring to concrete pedestal pada ACI 318-14 berpedoman untuk memperbesar pedestal untuk mencegah concrete breakout, Pullout, Side-face blowout, dan Pryout dari Gaya Angkur, dan akan mengganggu desain arsitektural pada bangunan dikarenakan pedestal terlalu besar. Tetapi ada alternative lain untuk mengurangi dimensi pedestal dengan menambahkan supplementary reinforcement pada beton pedestal. Meskipun pada ACI 318-14 mengizinkan penggunaan tambahan tulangan untuk menahan keruntuhan beton, tetapi tidak memberikan pedoman khusus dalam merancang penguatan seperti itu. Tugas akhir ini menyajikan analisis untuk merancang baseplate, angkur, pedestal tanpa atau dengan supplementary reinforcement di pedestal. Tulangan angkur terdiri dari tulangan vertikal dan sengkang untuk menahan gaya tarik dan gaya geser angkur. Model Strut-and-Tie diusulkan untuk menganalisis transfer gaya geser dari angkur ke tumpuan dan untuk merancang jumlah tulangan geser yang dibutuhkan. Pratama Abadi Industri, Tangerang, Banten), Name : Mohammad Firdaus, Nim : 41117320021, Academic Adviser : Donald Essen, ST, MT. 2022. The column base plate connection is the critical interface between the steel structure and the concrete foundation. This connection is used in buildings to support gravity loads and serve as part of a lateral load bearing system. In addition, they are used for the installation of outdoor equipment and supporting structures, where they may be affected by vibration and fatigue due to wind loads. Baseplates and anchors are often the last structural steel items designed but are the first items required on a job site. Design of anchoring to concrete pedestal in ACI 318-14 is guided by enlarging the pedestal to prevent Concrete Breakout, Pullout, Side-face blowout, and Pryout from the Anchor Force, and will interfere with the architectural design of the building because the pedestal is too large. But there is another alternative to reduce the pedestal dimension by adding supplementary reinforcement to the pedestal concrete. Although ACI 318-14 permits the use of additional reinforcement to resist concrete failure, it does not provide specific guidelines for designing such reinforcement. This final project presents an analysis to design a baseplate, anchor, pedestal without or with supplementary reinforcement in the pedestal. Anchor reinforcement consists of vertical reinforcement and stirrups to resist the tensile and shear forces of the anchor. The Strut-and-Tie model is proposed to analyze the transfer of shear forces from anchors to supports and to design the required amount of shear reinforcement.
