Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Satrio Dwi Puryanto NIM : 41518210021 Pembimbing TA : Dwi Anindyani Rochmah, ST, MTI Judul : Aplikasi Pengaduan Masalah Lingkungan Warga Rt / Rw Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus : Rw.05 Kelurahan Setiamekar) Pengadun masalah lingkungan merupakan suatu laporan dari masyarakat mengenai adanya masalah yang terjadi dilingkungan tempat tinggal. Pengaduan dilakukan oleh masyarakat untuk dilaporkan ke pemimpin lingkungan sekitar agar dapat segera diselesaikan, karena masalah yang timbul bisa saja dapat menggangu lingkungan tempat tinggal sekitar, contohnya ketika ada pohon yang sudah tumbuh tinggi dipinggir jalan perumahan dan memiliki dahan yang turun hampir dekat dengan jalan yang dapat menggangu akses keluar masuk kendaraan, sebaiknya pohon tersebut segera ditebang dahannya agar tidak menghalangi ketika ada kendaraan yang lewat didepan pohon tersebut, dalam hal ini warga perlu melakukan pengaduan ke pemimpin lingkungan sekitar dengan datang langsung ke tempat tinggalnya dan berbicara langsung. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi munculah inovasi dalam melakukan pengaduan dalam lingkungan masyarakat yaitu dengan E-Reporting. Pengaduan masalah atau e-reporting adalah bentuk pelaporan masalah yang menggunakan media elektronik. Pergeseran penggunaan media konvensional dengan teknologi modern di era teknologi saat ini sudah banyak diterapkan di masyarakat. Tujuan dibangun Aplikasi Pengaduan Masalah Lingkungan Warga Rt / Rw untuk membangun sistem e-reporting yang diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan terhadap perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang pelaporan masalah dengan sangat sederhana sehingga dapat memudahkan para pengguna yaitu para pengurus rt/rw dan juga masyarakat. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pengerjaan aplikasi ini yaitu menggunakan metode Waterfall. With the development of technology, innovations have emerged in making complaints in the community, namely by E-Reporting. Problem complaints or e-reporting is a form of problem reporting that uses electronic media. The shift in the use of conventional media with modern technology in the current technological era has been widely applied in society. The purpose of building the Rt / Rw Citizen Environmental Problem Complaint Application is to build an e-reporting system that is expected to provide knowledge of technological developments in the field of problem reporting very simply so that it can make it easier for users, namely rt / rw administrators and also the community. The method that will be used in working on this application is to use the Waterfall method. So with the application of complaints about environmental problems of rt / rw residents, it can help rt / rw administrators in overcoming problems in the surrounding environment so that they can act more quickly in responding to and responding to problems that occur.
