Abstract

ABSTRAK Industri Baterai merupakan salah satu perusahan yang bergerak dibidang supply baterai untuk mobil dan kendaraan ringan. Setiap perusahaan memiliki kerja sama dengan pihak lain diantaranya adalah yang support dari masing-masing vendor. Departement Procurement merupakan salah satu departemen yang berkaitan langsung dengan vendor baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Didalam Departemen Procurement memiliki dua departemen dibawahnya yaitu Indirect Material dan Direct Material. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan di bagian inventory PAD dan purchasing support adalah Indirect Material yang mana tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mencari vendor terbaik yang nantinya akan dikontrak jangka panjang dikarenakan selama ini masih sering terjadi kekosongan itemsparepart. Dari 4277 item sparepart ada 547 item yang sering mengalami kekosongan dikarenakan indent dan problem dari vendor untuk itu saat ini peneliti menggunakan metode Pareto dan AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). Kriteria dalam penelitian ini meliputi Budget, Quality, Delivery dan Service. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menyatakan bahwa vendor VSMC atau PT. Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana memiliki bobot tertinggi yaitu 0,492, setelah itu yang kedua adalah VSAI atau PT. SMC Automation Indonesia dengan bobot 0,287 dan yang terakhir adalah VCAS atau PT.
