Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul: ANALISIS KAPASITAS SISTEM DRAINASE DENGAN STORM WATER MANAGEMENT MODEL (SWMM) PADA PERUMAHAN CEMARAJAYA KABUPATEN KARAWANG JAWA BARAT, Nama: Muhammad Hamzah, NIM: 41117320019. Dosen Pembimbing: Suprapti, S.T., M.T, 2021 Bencana abrasi yang menimpa pantai utara Karawang khususnya desa Cemarajaya sudah terjadi sejak sekitar tahun 1990 sampai tahun 2016 dan yang paling parah terjadi menimpa tiga dusun di desa tersebut, sehingga warga yang terkena dampak abrasi tersebut harus direlokasi ke tempat yang jauh dari bibir pantai. Pemerintah Kabupaten Karawang melalui Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman membeli lahan tambak perikanan yang berlokasi sejauh 5 kilometer dari bibir pantai dan akan digunakan untuk membangun sebuah perumahan yang bertujuan untuk merelokasi para korban abrasi laut Cemarajaya. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada perumahan tersebut adalah daerah yang menjadi lokasi pembangunan perumahan tersebut berada di zona kuning berdasarkan data Strategis Sanitasi Kota/Kabupaten (SSK) Karawang tahun 2017 dimana daerah Desa Cemarajaya merupakan daerah rawan genangan 25% sampai dengan 50%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya genangan/banjir di Perumahan Cemarajaya , mengevaluasi saluran drainase eksisting dan merencanakan saluran drainase untuk blok yang belum terbangun serta menganalisis kapasitas sistem drainase menggunakan program EPA SWMM 5.1. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah melakukan pengumpulan data guna mendapatkan data primer dan sekunder, menghitung analisis hidrologi, analisis hidrolika serta menghitung analisa hidrolika dan pemodelan menggunakan aplikasi EPA SWMM 5.1. Berdasarkan analisa hidrolika EPA SWMM 5.1 dari total hujan sebesar 333,03 mm selama hujan efektif 6 jam, respon subcatchment menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata 22,11 mm per subcatchment yang terinfiltrasi dan sisanya menjadi limpasan sebesar 310,23 mm. Pemodelan saluran drainase secara keseluruhan Perumahan Cemarajaya dengan EPA SWMM 5.1 didapat jumlah 19 subcathment, 36 junction, 2 outfall, dan 43 conduit. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan bahwa dimensi saluran drainase eksisting pada blok terbangun, yaitu blok A, blok B dan blok C yang berukuran 30x30 cm menghasilkan saluran drainase yang tidak mampu menampung aliran debit banjir rencana dengan periode ulang 2 tahun sebesar 523,85 mm/jam, sehingga dimensi saluran drainase eksisting harus diubah menjadi 80 x 80 cm. Dimensi saluran drainase pada blok belum terbangun, dari hasil perhitungan peneliti didapat dimensi saluran drainase berukuran 120 x 120 cm. Tetapi secara aplikasi dilapangan tidak mungkin dibangun saluran drainase dengan dimensi penampang yang telah dihitung maka diberikan solusi alternatif berupa pembangunan sumur resapan. Sumur resapan pada blok terbangun mampu melayani 93,75% dari total limpasan yang terjadi, sedangkan pada blok belum terbangun mampu melayani 93,72% dari total limpasan yang terjadi. Kemudian sisa limpasan yang tidak terlayani sumur resapan akan dialirkan melalui saluran drainase. Kata kunci: Perumahan, Debit Banjir, Drainase, Sumur Resapan EPA SWMM 5.1 ABSTRACT Title: CAPACITY ANALYSIS OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM WITH STORMWATER MANAGEMENT MODEL (SWMM) AT CEMARAJAYA HOUSING, KARAWANG REGENCY, WEST JAVA, Name: Muhammad Hamzah, NIM: 41117320019. Supervisor: Suprapti, S.T., M.T, 2021 The abrasion disaster that hit the north coast of Karawang, especially the village of Cemarajaya, had occurred from around 1990 to 2016 and the worst thing happened to three hamlets in the village, so the residents affected by the abrasion had to be relocated to a place far from the shoreline. The Karawang Regency Government through the Department of Public Housing and Settlement Areas purchased a fish pond located 5 kilometers from the coast and will be used to build a housing estate to relocate the victims of the Cemarajaya sea abrasion. The problem that occurs in the housing is that the area where the housing development is located is in the yellow zone based on the Karawang City/Regency Sanitation Strategic (SSK) data in 2017 where the Cemarajaya Village area is an area prone to inundation of 25% to 50%. This study aims to determine the factors that cause inundation/flooding in Cemarajaya Housing, evaluate existing drainage channels and plan drainage channels for blocks that have not been built and analyze the capacity of the drainage system using the EPA SWMM 5.1 program. The methodology used is to collect data to obtain primary and secondary data, calculate hydrological analysis, hydraulics analysis, and calculate hydraulics analysis and modeling using the EPA SWMM 5.1 application. Based on the hydraulics analysis of EPA SWMM 5.1 of a total rain of 333.03 mm during an effective rain of 6 hours, the subcatchment response shows that an average of 22.11 mm per sub-catchment is infiltrated and the remainder becomes runoff of 310.23 mm. The overall drainage channel modeling of Cemarajaya Housing with EPA SWMM 5.1 obtained a total of 19 sub-catchments, 36 junctions, 2 outfalls, and 43 conduits. Based on the evaluation that has been carried out, the dimensions of the existing drainage channel in the built block, namely block A, block B, and block C measuring 30x30 cm produce drainage channels that are not able to accommodate the planned flood discharge flow with a return period of 2 years of 523.85 mm/hour. , so the dimensions of the existing drainage channel must be changed to 80 x 80 cm. The dimensions of the drainage channel in the block have not been built, from the results of the researchers' calculations, the dimensions of the drainage channel are 120 x 120 cm. However, it is not possible to build a drainage channel with a calculated crosssectional dimension, so an alternative solution is given in the form of the construction of infiltration wells. Infiltration wells in the built block can serve 93.75% of the total runoff that occurs, while in the unbuilt block it can serve 93.72% of the total runoff that occurs.
