Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Perencanaan Struktur Bangunan Guest House 3 Lantai Dengan Atap Roof Garden Menggunakan Software Analisis Struktur Nama : Harto Nurbian Dosen Pembimbing : Agyanata Tua Munthe, ST, MT Perencanaan Struktur Guest House 3 lantai dengan atap dijadikan Roof Garden, merupakan salah satu sarat dalam pengajuan IMB. Bangunan ini di bangun di Surabaya dengan resiko gempa kuat (Zona Gempa 6). Dari hasil analisa awal dengan ketentuan SNI maka sistem struktur bangunan ini ditentukan adalah Sistem Rangka Beton Pemikul Momen Khusus (SPRMK), dengan sistem analisa metode analisa beban statik ekivalen (Analisis gaya lateral ekivalen). SRPMK adalah suatu sistem rangka ruang dimana komponen–komponen struktur dan join– joinnya dapat menahan gaya – gaya yang bekerja melalui aksi lentur, geser dan aksial untuk daerah resiko gempa tinggi (wilayah gempa 5 dan 6). Pada Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK), beban lateral dan beban gravitasi dipencarkan terhadap setiap tingkat lantai yang didistribusikan kepada semua balok dan kolom dengan pendetailan yang khusus di wilayah gempa tinggi. Analisis untuk struktur gedung simetris adalah analisis gempa statik equivalen. Metode perencanaan meliputi struktur utama yaitu pendimensian dan penulangan balok induk, kolom, dan hubungan balok kolom. Dalam perencanaan struktur bangunan ini sudah memenuhi elemen-elemen struktur, dengan dimensi K1 600x600, K2 400x500, K3 300x500, K4 250x250, K5 200x400. Dan dimensi Balok B1 350x700, B2 300x600, B3 250x500, B4 250x400. Serta ketebalan pelat lantai S1 = 150 mm dan S2 = 120 mm Perencanaan Struktur Guest House 3 Lantai dengan atap Roof Garden ini mengacu pada Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 2847- 2019), Beban Minimum Untuk Bangunan (SNI 1727-2020), Baja Tulangan Beton (SNI 2052-2017) dan Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Nongedung (SNI 1726-2019). Perencanaan Struktur Guest House 3 Lantai dengan atap Roof Garden ini meliputi perencanaan struktur atas dan struktur bawah. Dalam perencanaan struktur atas penulis menggunakan software analisis struktur ETABS, yang meliputi perencanaan atap, balok, kolom, dan pelat lantai. Untuk perencanaan struktur bawah direncanakan secara manual dan dibantu software PCA Column, meliputi perencanaan tiebeam, pile cap dan pondasi. Kata Kunci: Perencanaan Struktur, SPRMK, SNI, ETABS ABSTRACT Title : Structural Design of a 3-Story Guest House Building with a Roof Garden Using Structural Analysis Software Name : Harto Nurbian Instructure : Agyanata Tua Munthe, ST, MT Design a 3-story Guest House Structure with a roof used as a Roof Garden, is one of the requirements in the IMB submission. This building was built in Surabaya due to the risk of a strong earthquake (Earthquake Zone 6). From the results of the initial analysis with the provisions of the SNI, the structural system of this building is determined to be the Special Moment Bearing Concrete Frame System (SPRMK), with an analysis system of the equivalent static load analysis method (Analysis of equivalent lateral forces). SRPMK is a space frame system in which the components of the structure and its joins can withstand forces that work through bending, shear and axial actions for high earthquake risk areas (earthquake areas 5 and 6). In the Special Moment Bearing Frame System (SRPMK), lateral loads and gravitational loads are dispersed against each floor level distributed to all beams and columns with a special alignment in the high earthquake region. The analysis for symmetrical building structures is the analysis of equivalent static earthquakes. The planning method includes the main structures, namely the disciplining and iteration of the parent beam, column, and column beam relationship. In the planning of the structure of this building already meets the elements of the structure, with dimensions K1 600x600, K2 400x500, K3 300x500, K4 250x250, K5 200x400. And the dimensions of Beam B1 350x700, B2 300x600, B3 250x500, B4 250x400. As well as the thickness of the floor slab S1 = 150 mm and S2 = 120 mm. Design of a 3-Storey Guest House Structure with Roof Garden roof refers to the Structural Concrete Requirements for Building Buildings (SNI 2847-2019), Minimum Load for Buildings (SNI 1727-2020), Concrete Reinforcing Steel (SNI 2052-2017) and Earthquake Resistance Planning Procedures for Building structures and Nongedung (SNI 1726-2019). Planning of the 3-Storey Guest House Structure with Roof Garden roof includes the planning of the upper structure and the lower structure. In the top structure planning, the author uses ETABS structure analysis software, which includes roof planning, beams, columns, and floor slabs.
