Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul: Analisis Karakteristik Parkir dan Kinerja Ruas Jalan Pada Masa Pandemi Covid -19 (Studi Kasus Rumah Sakit Meilia), Nama: Risky Praditya Yutantyo, NIM: 41116320010, Dosen Pembimbing: Widodo Budi Dermawan, ST., M.SC, Tahun: 2021. Pandemi Covid-19 membuat kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan semakin tinggi. Rumah sakit juga tidak terlepas dari permasalahan keterbatasan fasilitas lahan parkir yang dapat mempengaruhi pelayanan dan kenyamanan. Salah satu rumah sakit di kota Depok yaitu Rumah Sakit Meilia yang merupakan salah satu rumah sakit rujukan pasien covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir di Rumah Sakti Meilia dan kinerja ruas jalan akses masuk rumah sakit. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh dari pengamatan/pengukuran langsung di lapangan diantaranya kondisi ruang parkir, volume lalu lintas dan kecepatan. Data sekunder adalah data yang didapat dari pihak atau instansi terkait seperti waktu parkir, peta lokasi, jumlah tempat tidur rumah sakit. Metode pengumupulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan langsung, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis volume parkir maksimal 57 mobil dan 136 motor. Akumulasi maksimal 98 mobil dan 217 motor. Durasi parkir rata-rata terlama untuk mobil 1,84 jam/kendaraan dan 4,71 jam/kendaraan untuk motor. Tingkat pergantian parkir maksimal yaitu sebesar 0,55 untuk mobil dan 0,53 untuk motor. Indeks parkir maksimal yaitu sebesar 94% untuk kendaraan mobil dan 84,77% untuk motor. Dan hasil kinerja ruas jalan Alternatif Cibubur km 1 diperoleh derajat kejenuhan 0,60 pada jam sibuk pagi tingkat pelayanan jalan A, 0,72 pada jamsibuk siang dan 0,71 pada jam sibuk sore dengan tingkat pelayanan jalan C. Hospitals are also inseparable from the problem of limited parking facilities, which can affect service and comfort. One of the hospitals in the city of Depok is the Meilia Hospital, which is one of the referral hospitals for COVID-19 patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the parking lot at Meilia Sakti Hospital and the performance of the access road to the hospital. The data used in the study consisted of both primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from direct observations and measurements in the field, including parking space conditions, traffic volume, and speed. Secondary data is data obtained from related parties or agencies, such as parking time, location map, and number of hospital beds. Data collection methods are carried out by direct observation, literature study, and documentation. The results of the analysis of the maximum parking volume of 57 cars and 136 motorcycles maximum accumulation of 98 cars and 217 motorcycles. The longest average parking duration for cars is 1.84 hours per vehicle, and 4.71 hours per vehicle for motorbikes. The maximum parking turnover rate is 0.55 for cars and 0.53 for motorcycles.
