Abstract

ABSTRAK Kendaraan bahan bakar alternatif sudah harus disiapkan di era di mana berkurangnya cadangan minyak bumi, hal ini membuat harga bahan bakar dari fosil menjadi tidak stabil dikarenakan permintaan melebihi kapasitas produksi. Kendaraan yang dimaksud adalah kendaraan listrik. Dengan landasan tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian optimasi rancang bangun kendaraan listrik E-niaga Geni Biru roda tiga ini dengan tujuan mendapatkan Key Peformance Indicator dalam rancang bangun dan nilai efektivitas dalam perencanaan waktu dan biaya menggunakan metode kurva s, dengan hasil yang didapat yaitu pada chasis mempunyai safety factor yaitu 5,2, suspensi depan dengan panjang pegas 210 mm hanya terkompresi 19,6 mm , per daun mempunyai safety factor 25,2, ruang belok yang didapatkan yaitu 1,6 meter, pengereman mampu berhenti di bawah 20 m pada kecepatan maksimal 40 km / jam, torsi roda mencapai 283 Nm, baterai mampu melaju sampai dengan jarak kurang lebih 36 km dan dalam metode ini, nilai efektivitas waktu dalam rancang bangun mencapai 97% dengan total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 75.873.362, 00. The vehicle in question is an electric vehicle. With this foundation, the author conducted research on the optimization of the design and construction of the threewheeled Geni Biru E-commerce electric vehicle with the aim of obtaining a Key Peformance Indicator in the design and effectivity value in time and cost planning using the s-curve method, with the results obtained, namely the chassis has a safety factor of 5.2, the front suspension with a spring length of 210 mm is only compressed 19.6 mm, per leaf has a safety factor of 25.2, the turning space obtained is 1.6 meters, braking is able to stop below 20 m at a maximum speed of 40 km / h, wheel torque reaches 283 Nm, the battery is able to drive up to a distance of approximately 36 km and in this method the value to the time efficiency in the design reaches 97% with the total cost incurred of IDR. 75,873,362, 00.
