Abstract

The purposeof this research isexamine the effect reward management system, employee motivation, to employee performance. Variables used for this research based on previous research from Pinar Gungor (2011. Research by Gungor (2011) used SPSS statistic, but this research with slight modification used Partial Least Square (PLS) statistic based on small samples. The population of this research consisted of one hundred and fifty managers as responden, and as a sample consisted of one hundred manager from good questionair in DKI Jakarta. The empirical results show that in order toincrease employee perfiormance need good implementation of reward management system which can motivated employee to have a good performance. Reward is not only tools to motivated employee, but with good implementation of reward, can increase employee performace and company performance too.
