Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas , disiplin kerja , dan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling kuat dalam mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa di TKK PENABUR Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan random sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisa SPSS 22. Sampel penelitian yang diambil 100 guru yang berada di 3 wilayah yaitu Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Barat dan Jakarta Utara dengan rumus solvin. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dan korelasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas ,disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Dari persamaan regresi multi varaiabel diketahui bahwa variabel kreativitas memiliki nilai terbesar dan diikuti oleh variabel disiplin kerja serta variabel kompetensi pedagogic guru. Hasil R Square didapat nilai sebesar 22,8 % artinya variabel prestasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh variabel kreativitas, disiplin kerja dan variabel kompetensi pedagogik guru , sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang belum diteliti. Kata Kunci : Kreativitas, Disiplin Kerja , Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa The research is aim to test and analayze the influence of creativity, work discipline, achievement and competency pedagogical teacher to students’ learning achievement also to find out which variable strongerin influencing student’ achievement at TKK PENABUR Jakarta . The method is used polling or questioner . Collecting data with random sample. Descriptive quantitative is used for the research with analayzing SPSS 22. Research sample is around 100 teachers which are in three region such as centre Jakarta , west Jakarta and north of Jakarta with solvin pattern. Analayzing method that is used in the research is double regression linear , and simple correlating . The results showing that creativity , work discipline and competency pedagogical teacher is positively and significant of influencing students’ learning achievement. The equation of regression multy variable is known that creativity variable has the biggest score (mark ) and followed working variable also competency pedagogical teacher. Result R square got the score 22,8 % it means students’’ learning achievement variable influenced by creativity variable, work discipline and competency pedagogical teacher variable, while the rest is by other variable which is not researched .
