Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan terjadinya pandemic yang mengharuskan suatu organisasi tetap berusaha dalam membangun keterpaduan kelompoknya untuk tetap dapat melanjutkan visi dan misi dari suatu organsiasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh LDK Syahid dalam membangun keterpaduan kelompok di masa pandemic di Universitas UIN Syarif Hidayatullah. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah berbagai konseptual mulai dari komunikasi Public Relations, Pola Komunikasi, Kelompok dan Keterpaduan atau kohesi kelompok. Pola komunikasi adalah proses yang dirancang untuk mewakili kenyataan keterpautan unsur-unsur yang dicakup beserta keberlangsungan, guna memudahkan pemikiran secara sistematik dan logis. Kohesi kelompok didefinisikan sebagai kekuatan yang mendorong anggota kelompok untuk tetap tinggal dalam kelompok, dan mencegahnya meninggalkan kelompok. Adapun metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan juga dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa kondisi LDK Syahid dalam membangun keterpaduan kelompoknya menunjukkan adanya ketertarikan secara interpersonal dari para anggota untuk dapat terus bekerja sama dan pola komunikasi yang sesuai dengan kondisi yang terjadi pada LDK Syahid. Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa LDK Syahid telah menerapkan pola komunikasi sekunder, sirkular, dan pola komunikasi diagonal, serta pola komunikasi yang dilakukan secara intens dan memiliki peran pemimpin yang dapat membangun keterpaduan kelompok LDK Syahid. Kata Kunci: Pola Komunikasi, Lembaga Dakwah Kampus, Keterpaduan Kelompok, UIN Jakarta ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the occurrence of a pandemic which requires an organization to keep trying to build group cohesiveness in order to continue to be able to continue the vision and mission of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication patterns carried out by LDK Syahid in building group cohesiveness during the pandemic at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah University. The theoretical basis used is various concepts ranging from Public Relations communication, Communication Patterns, Groups and Cohesion or group cohesion. The pattern of communication is a process designed to state the reality of the interdependence of the elements covered and their continuity, in order to facilitate systematic and logistical thinking. Group cohesion is defined as the forces that encourage group members to stay in the group, and prevent them from leaving the group. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity technique used is source triangulation. Based on this research, the condition of LDK Syahid in building the cohesiveness of the group shows the interpersonal interest of the members to be able to continue to work together and the communication pattern is in accordance with the conditions that occur in LDK Syahid. In this study, it can be said that LDK Syahid has implemented secondary, circular, and diagonal communication patterns, as well as communication patterns that are carried out intensively and have a leadership role that can build cohesiveness in the LDK Syahid group.
