Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemajuan teknologi telah memberikan kemudahan bagi manusia dalam berbagai hal. Salah satu kemudahannya dapat dirasakan oleh profesi Humas dalam menyebarluaskan informasi atau publikasi dalam meningkatkan identitas, citra, serta eksistensi, salah satunya dengan menggunakan media sosial. Suatu Lembaga atau organisasi yang berjalan di bidang Pendidikan pun membutuhkan media sosial sebagai media publikasi, seperti yang dirasakan oleh Sekolah Master Indonesia melalui akun media sosial Organisasi Badan Eksekutif Siswa Terminal (BEST). Kegaitan pelatihan pengelolaan media sosial, salah satunya pelatihan copywriting pada media sosial Intagram menjadi salah satu solusi dalam membatu permasalahan Sekolah Master Indonesia. Kegiatan dimulai dari riset, survei, wawancara, pre-test, pemaparan materi, pelatihan, post-test, serta pendampingan. Dengan teknik komunikasi yang digunakan yaitu secara informatif, persuasif, interaktif, dan intruksional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pemahanan siswa/I Sekolah Master dalam mengelola media sosial Instagram khususnya pada segi copywriting sudah cukup meningkat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perbandingan jawaban pretest dan post-test, serta hasil konten yang diunggah pada akun media sosial Intagram organisasi BEST setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan ini. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Media Sosial, Pelatihan Copywriting, Media Sosial Instagram, Media Publikasi, Organisasi BEST, Sekolah Master ABSTRACT Advances in technology have made it easier for humans in various ways. One of the conveniences can be felt by the PR profession in disseminating information or publications in improving identity, image, and existence, one of which is by using social media. An institution or organization that runs in the field of Education also needs social media as a medium of publication, as experienced by the Indonesian Master School through the social media account of the Terminal Student Executive Board Organization (BEST). Social media management training activities, one of which is copywriting training on Instagram social media, are one of the solutions to helping the problems of the Indonesian Master's School. Activities started from research, surveys, interviews, pre-tests, presentation of materials, training, post-tests, and mentoring. The communication techniques used are informative, persuasive, interactive, and instructional. The results of the activity show that the increase in the understanding of Master School students in managing Instagram social media, especially in terms of copywriting, has increased quite a bit. This can be seen from the results of the comparison of pre-test and post-test answers, as well as the results of content uploaded to the BEST organization's Instagram social media account after participating in this training activity.
