Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality, service quality and location on customer satisfaction through customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection through questionnaires. The population in this study is the face coffee shop customers in West Jakarta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research sample was 240 respondents with questionnaire collection techniques. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, using the SEMPLS analysis tool. The results showed that all variables, namely Product Quality, Service Quality and Location on Consumer Satisfaction. The results of this study showed that Product Satisfaction, Service Quality, Location had a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Location, Consumer Satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan kedai wajah kopi Jakarta barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah 240 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, menggunakan alat analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel yaitu Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.
