Abstract
Six Sigma as a problem solving approach has been used in various fields as a quality assurance process to perfection. This study raised the phenomenon is the large number of non conformance that happens every manufacturing process in PT Metiska Farma, determine what factors are the cause of non conformance, as well as how to redesign the system non conformance handling. The method used for analysis using the DMAIC approach as a method of solving the problem. The main finding of this study is the number of non- conformance in the processing is the largest number. Sigma level of processing is 1,8α. The main factor predominant occurrence of non conformance is a different process from the actual processing in jobsheet because of a error typing in jobsheet, error writing a critical parameter processing, reformulation process product, and line balancing process production. Strategy repairs carried out by the application of the Integrated of Diversion Control Design, Implementation Quality Risk Management and Quality by Design . Key words : non conformance , DMAIC , Quality Risk Management, Quality by Design.
