Abstract

Jakarta is the most busy area in Indonesia and causes the 7th highest traffic jam in the world. In an effort to reduce congestion, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta has developed public transportation, but in its implementation the use of public transportation such as the Jakarta LRT is considered very little seen from the daily occupancy of LRT passengers by 10%, so it is necessary to reviewcharacteristict ov travelers and the factors that influence the choice of modes in the people of the Kelapa Gading area, in order to obtain a mode selection model that can explain the probability of choosing the Jakarta LRT. The research was conducted through a survey using the Stated Preference method and analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression method to determine the effect of each independent variable in the form of travel costs, travel time differences, and mode waiting times on the dependent variable in the form of mode selection. So that a probability formula is obtained that can show the size of the community in switching to the Jakarta LRT mode. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence between the three independent variables on the dependent variable with the highest probability level in conditions with changes in travel costs of Rp. 2000 and other attributes fixed at 99.79%, with changes in travel time of 12 minutes and other attributes remaining at 95. 9%, with a change in waiting time of 6 minutes and other attributes remain at 66.5%. Keywords: Mode Selection, Probability, Stated Preference, Binary Logit Jakarta menjadi wilayah dengan kesibukan tertinggi di Indonesia dan mengakibatkan kemacetan tertinggi nomor 7 di dunia. Dalam upayanya mengurangi kemacetan, Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta telah melakukan pengembangan transportasi umum, namun dalam pelaksanaanya penggunaan angkutan umum seperti LRT Jakarta terbilang sangat sedikit dilihat dari okupansi harian penumpang LRT sebesar 10%, sehingga perlu dilakukan peninjauan terhadap karakteristik pelaku perjalanan dan faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda pada masyarakat wilayah Kelapa Gading, guna memperoleh suatu model pemilihan moda yang dapat menjelaskan probabilitas pemilihan LRT Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan melalui survei dengan metode Stated Preference dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing masing variable independen berupa biaya perjalanan, selisih waktu perjalanan, dan waktu tunggu moda terhadap variable dependen berupa pemilihan moda. Sehingga diperoleh rumus probabilitas yang dapat menunjukan besaran masyarakat dalam beralih ke moda LRT Jakarta Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwasanya ada pengaruh antara ketiga variable independent terhadap variable dependen dengan tingkat probabilitas tertinggi pada kondisi dengan perubahan biaya perjalanan sebesar Rp 2000 dan atribut lainnya tetap yaitu 99,79%, dengan perubahan waktu tempuh sebesar 12 menit dan atribut lainnya tetap yaitu 95,9%, dengan perubahan waktu tunggu sebesar 6 menit dan atribut lainnya tetap yaitu 66,5% Kata Kunci : Pemilihan Moda, Probabilitas, Stated Preference, Logit Biner
