Abstract

A project must have targets and achievements, which can be said to be successful or not depending on the management of resources in the field. The project is said to be successful if the processing time and costs incurred are in accordance with or even less than planned. On the other hand, the project is said to be less successful if the progress in the field is delayed or even suffers losses. This study aims to provide an analysis related to the estimated cost and time required for a project which in this case experienced a delay in the duration of work to complete the work to completion. The method used is the Earned Value Concept which is analyzed using Microsoft Excel software. This research can be useful for contractors who find similar problems and calculate the costs that will be incurred in the future. The results of the analysis in the 21st week obtained the value of BCWS of Rp. 357,034,175,- BCWP value of Rp. 326,452,085,- and ACWP value of Rp. 283,370,000,-. As well as the SV value of -Rp. 30,582,089,- and the CV value of Rp. 43,082,085,- with a Schedule Performance Index (SPI) of 0.91 and a Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1,152. And the cost required to complete the project to completion is estimated at Rp. 31,811,467,- and with a BEAC value of Rp. 315,181,467,-. Meanwhile, the time required to complete the project is 162 days if the conditions in the field are in accordance with the existing reference and the performance is in accordance with the actual obtained. Keywords: Project, Project Management, Project Delay, Earned Value Concept Method, Microsoft Excel Pada sebuah proyek pasti memiliki target dan pencapaian, yang dapat dikatakan sukses atau tidaknya proyek itu bergantung pada pengelolaan sumber daya di lapangan. Proyek dikatakan berhasil apabila waktu pengerjaan dan biaya yang dikeluarkan sesuai atau bahkan lebih kecil dari yang sudah direncanakan. Sebaliknya proyek dikatakan kurang berhasil apabila progress di lapangan mengalami keterlambatan atau bahkan mengalami kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisa terkait estimasi biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan suatu proyek yang pada kasus ini mengalami keterlambatan durasi kerja untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan tersebut hingga selesai. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Concept) yang dianalisa menggunakan Software Microsoft Excel. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi kontraktor yang menemukan masalah serupa dan memperhitungan biaya yang akan dikeluarkan dikemudian hari. Hasil analisis pada minggu ke-21 didapatkan nilai dari BCWS sebesar Rp. 357.034.175,- nilai BCWP sebesar Rp. 326.452.085,- dan nilai ACWP sebesar Rp. 283.370.000,-. Serta nilai SV sebesar -Rp. 30.582.089,- dan nilai CV sebesar Rp. 43.082.085,- dengan Schedule Performance Index (SPI) yaitu 0,91 dan Cost Performance Index (CPI) yaitu 1,152. Dan biaya yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan proyek tersebut hingga selesai yaitu diperkirakan sebesar Rp. 31.811.467,- dan dengan nilai BEAC sebesar Rp.315.181.467,-. Sedangkan waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan proyek itu yaitu selama 162 hari jika kondisi di lapangan sesuai dengan acuan yang ada dan performa sesuai dengan aktual yang diperoleh.
