Abstract
The meeting between two transportation infrastructures, such as roads and railroads, often causes problems. Problems that occur, for example, are the long queues of vehicles when the train is passing. The long queue due to the railroad gate can be found on Jalan Maulana Hasanudin, Poris Plawad Village, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City. Jalan Maulanan Hasanudin is an alternative road for people to go cross-town between Tangerang City and West Jakarta. Therefore, congestion on this road often occurs, especially during working hours such as morning and evening. As a result of these conditions, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of the effect of closing the railroad gates on road performance using the greenshield method to determine the relationship between volume, speed and density and the shockwave method to determine the queue length and length of time delays and use the 1997 MKJI guidelines to determine road capacity. By calculating the shock wave, the maximum queue length on Jalan Maulana Hasanudin and Jalan Benteng Betawi is 2.13 km and 1.12 km and the maximum delay value is 1617.21 seconds and 1237.75 seconds. Keywords: Level crossing, Traffic Performance, Queue, Delay, Shockwave Method, Greenshields Method Pertemuan antara dua prasarana transportasi seperti jalan raya dengan rel kereta sering terjadi masalah. Masalah yang terjadi contohnya seperti panjangnya antrian kendaraan ketika kereta api sedang melintas. Panjangnya antrian akibat palang pintu kereta api dapat ditemukan di Jalan Maulana Hasanudin, Kelurahan Poris Plawad, Kecamatan Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang. Jalan Maulanan Hasanudin merupakan jalan alternatif bagi masyarakat untuk pergi lintas kota antara Kota Tangerang dengan Jakarta Barat. Oleh karena itu kepadatan di jalan ini sering terjadi terutama di jam-jam kerja seperti pagi dan sore hari. Akibat dari kondisi tersebut maka perlu diadakannya analisis pengaruh penutupan palang pintu kereta api terhadapat kinerja jalan dengan menggunakan metode greenshield untuk mengetahui hubungan volume, kecepatan dan kerapatan dan dengan metode shockwave untuk menentukan panjang antrian dan lamanya waktu tundaan serta menggunakan pedoman MKJI 1997 untuk menentukan kapasitas jalan. Dengan perhitungan metode gelombang kejut, didapat panjang antrian maksimum di Jalan Maulana Hasanudin dan Jalan Benteng Betawi sebesar 2,13 km dan 1,12 km dan nilai tundaan maksimum sebesar 1617,21 detik dan 1237,75 detik.
