Abstract

ABSTRAK Mixed Use Building adalah sebuah bangunan vertikal yang di dalamnya dapat mewadahi fungsi-fungsi penting dalam kehidupan pengguna, dengan pendekatan penghijauan dalam bangunan yang menjadi sebuah kota kecil sekaligus bagian pendukung dari perkembangan kota. Perancangan bangunan akan melibatkan aspek kebutuhan-kebutuhan hidup manusia yang meliputi kebutuhan hunian, tempat perbelanjaan, dan fungsi-fungsi penunjang lain seperti rekreasi dan fasilitas kesehatan. Perancangan bangunan juga mengkaji kebutuhan kota akan ruang hijau yang sanggupmemberikan kenyamanan bagi pengguna serta kontribusi penting sebuah bangunan terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Bangunan ini juga dapat menjadi sebuah ruang yang memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan manusia. Perancangan mixed-use building bermanfaat sebagai upaya mengurangi mobilisasi penghuni di dalamnya sehingga dapat mengurangi pergerakan manusia untuk meninggalkan bangunan karena harus memenuhi kebutuhan di luar bangunan. Kata kunci : Mixed Use Building, Apartment, Ritel, Lingkungan Penyembuh. ABSTRACT Mixed Use Building is a vertical building in which it can accommodate important functions in the lives of users, with a green approach in a building that becomes a small town as well as a supporting part of urban development. The design of the building will involve aspects of the needs of human life which include housing needs, shopping areas, and other supporting functions such as recreation and health facilities. The design of the building also examines the city's need for green space that can provide comfort for users and the important contribution of a building to the surrounding environment. This building can also be a space that meets human needs. The design of a mixed-use building is useful as an effort to reduce the mobilization of residents in it so that it can reduce the movement of people to leave the building because they have to meet needs outside the building.
