Abstract
The area of East Kalimantan has an earthquake risk and contains 4.87 hectares of peat land which has a very low soil bearing capacity, which requires attention for building planners in the capital city of the archipelago. Structural planning with pin positioning is not relevant to the actual situation, where there is an influence of soil structure interaction on the performance of the building structure when there is an earthquake load. So in this study, we will discuss the Effect of Soil-Structure Interaction (SSI) by comparing the structure with pin positioning and SSI modeling from the period of vibration, seismic force, story shear, overturning moment, displacement, story shear. Based on the results of this study, it is shown that peatlands with low bearing capacity provide an increase in force when compared to pin placement, there is a difference in the translational period in the X direction of 0.882154 and the Y direction of 0.901595, Seismic Force increased by 11780.2 for static earthquakes with dynamic earthquake loads, namely 37546.468 for the X direction and 31145,774 for the Y direction, Story Shear there was an increase in SSI modeling which was 105282.18 for static earthquake loads and with earthquake loads. dynamic is 399950,597 for the X direction and the Y direction is 336092,817, the overturning moment has increased by 88671213.58 for the X direction and 74799526.94 for the Y direction. The deviation value of the increase in the X direction is 1.1127765 and the Y direction is 0.887579, f. The Story Drift value increased for the X direction or 1.432871 and the Y direction was 1.122266. Keywords: IKN, Soil-Structure Interaction, SSI, Clamp, Peat Soil, seismic force, story shear, overturning moment, displacement, story shear Wilayah Kalimantan Timur memiliki resiko gempa dan mengandung 4,87 hektar lahan gambut yang memiliki daya dukung tanah yang sangat rendah dibutuhkan perhatian bagi para perencana bangunan di wilayah Ibu Kota Nusantara. Perencanaan struktur dengan perletakan jepit, tidak relevan dengan keadaan sebenarnya, dimana terdapat pengaruh interaksi struktur tanah terhadap kinerja struktur bangunan apabila terdapat beban gempa. Maka pada penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai Efek Interaksi TanahStruktur (SSI) dengan membandingkan struktur dengan perletakan jepit dan pemodelan SSI paik dari periode getar, seismic force, story shear, momen guling, displacement, story shear. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lahan gambut dengan daya dukung rendah memberikan peningkatan gaya jika dibandingkan dengan perletakan jepit, terdapat selisih periode translasi arah X 0,882154 dan arah Y sebesar 0,901595, Seismic Force terjadi peningkatan sebesar 11780,2 untuk gempa statis beban gempa dinamik yaitu sebesar 37546,468 untuk Arah X dan 31145,774 untuk arah Y, Story Shear terjadi peningkatan pada pemodelan SSI yaitu sebesar 105282,18 untuk beban gempa statis dan dengan beban gempa dinamik sebesar 399950,597 untuk arah X dan arah Y sebesar 336092,817, momen guling mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 88671213,58 untuk arah X dan 74799526,94 untuk arah Y.Nilai simpangan peningkatan yang arah X sebesar 1,1127765 dan arah Y yaitu 0,887579,Nilai Story Drift terjadi peningkatan untuk arah X atau sebesar 1,432871 dan arah Y sebesar 1,122266.
