Abstract

ABSTRAK Kawasan Blok siteM adalah salah satu kawasan bisnis dan ekonomi yang cukup sibuk di DKI Jakarta. Letaknya yang dekat dengan pusat kota dan pemukiman serta dilewati salah satu jalur MRT membuat kawasan tersebut menjadi kawasan strategis yang mempunyai potensi ekonomi yang besar. Melihat hal tersebut, lokasi yang berada di tengahtengah kawasan Blok sebuah bangunanM ini dirasa cocok untuk tempat yang memiliki fasilitas pendukung perekonomian dan memiliki integrasi dengan angkutan umum masal. Perancangan kawasan MixedUse building Hotel dan Transit Oriented Development Convention Center dengan konsep atau TOD adalah proyek yang akan dibuat untuk menanggapi dan merespon kebutuhan dari kawasan Bloksite M akan fasilitas yang diperuntukan untuk pebisnis, usahawan, maupun warga kota untuk menginap dan mengadakan acara atau pertemuan bisnis, sosial, maupun budaya. Selain karena lokasi yang berse belahan dengan Stasiun MRT, kawasan TOD dipilih sebagai konsep utama kawasan karena konsepnya yang mendukung masyarakat untuk bermobilisasi dengan mudah, aman, dan ramah lingkungan, karena konsep TOD adalah suatu konsep strategi untuk mendidik secara tidak langsung kebiasaan warga kota untuk berjalan kaki atau menaiki kendaraan umum dibandingkan menggunakan kendaraan bermotor pribadi. Konsep perancangan dari kawasan maupun bangunan dalam proyek ini tentu saja akan menerapkan suatu desain universal yang rama h untuk diakses komunitas penyandang disabilitas, sehingga fasilitas yang disediakan dapat dinikmati secara setara oleh masyarakat kota tanpa memandang usia, gender, ukuran badan, dan disabilitasnya. Bentuk dan arsitektur pada perancangan ini mengambil kon sep arsitektur kontemporer yang terinspirasi dari desain bentuk kereta lokomotif MRT. Bentuk lokomotif MRT diambil untuk mencerminkan unsur arsitektur kontemporer yang membentuk bangunan menjadi dinamis, ekspresif, sederhana, dengan garis geometris yang te gas, serta membuat bentuk bangunan memiliki hubungan khusus dengan Stasiun MRT di sebelahnya. Selain konsep TOD yang mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan motor pribadi dan polusi kota. Salah satu unsur arsitektur kontemporer yang menggunakan material berteknol ogi tinggi, daur ulang, dan ramah lingkungan serta memaksimalkan fungsi dari ruang terbuka hijau dalam fasad dan kawasan bangunan tersebut diharapkan dapat menambah peran bangunan selain sebagai tempat perputaran ekonomi, namun juga sebagai bangunan hijau yang harmonis dengan alam dan lingkungan sekitar. The design of the Mixed concept of the Transit-- Use building Hotel and Convention Center with the Oriented Development or TOD area is a project that will be created to respond to and respond to the needs of the BlokM area for facilities intended for business people, businessmen, and city residents to stay and hold events such as meetings, social, and cultural events. In addition to the location of the site adjacent to the MRT station, the TOD ar ea was chosen as the main concept of the area because of its concept that supports the community to mobilize easily, safely, and environmentally friendly because the TOD concept is a strategic concept to indirectly educate the habits of city residents to w alk or using public transportation instead of using a private motorized vehicle. The design concept of both the area and the building in this project will, of course, apply a universal design that is friendly to the disabled community, so that the faciliti es provided can be enjoyed equally by the city community regardless of age, body size, and disability. This design takes the concept of contemporary architecture which is inspired by the design of the MRT locomotive model with steps. The shape of the MRT l ocomotive is taken to reflect the contemporary architecture that makes the building dynamic, expressive, simple, with firm geometric lines, and the shape of the building has a special relationship with the MRT station next to it. In addition to the TOD con cept which reduces the use of private motorbikes and city pollution. One of the elements of contemporary architecture that uses hightech, recycled, and environmentally friendly materials and maximizes the function of green open space in the facade and are a of the building is expected to add to the role of the building not only as a place of economic turnover for local residents but also as a harmonious green building.
