Abstract

The drainage of the Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll Road package 4 is planned to use a box culvert design with a cast in situ method. This is due to the width of the size of the river exceeding the capacity and the height of the landfill is quite extreme. Box culvert or square culvert is a closed channel that can minimize the entry of garbage or contact with objects on it, so that the flow of water can flow properly. The options for the dimension type of culvert box that will be used are of two types, namely single cell and double cell. The dimensions for the single box culvert structure are 6 m x 3 m x 1 cell, while for multiple box culverts it is 3 m x 3 m x 2 cells, corresponding to the width of the river  6 m and the height  3 m. For ultimate loading, the maximum moment that occurs in the multiple cell box culvert structure is 314,024 kN/m, while for the single cell box culvert structure it is 761,786 kN/m. For service loading, the maximum moment that occurs in the multiple cell box culvert structure is 241.107 kN / m, while for the single cell box culvert structure is 584,720 kN / m. On flexure strenght, the minimum ratio value of reinforcement (ρmin) does not exceed the ratio that occurs (ρact). The culvert multiple cell box structure deflection is lower towards the bottom with a value of 3.02 mm than the culvert single cell box structure which is deflected towards the bottom with a value of 12.91 mm. Both types of culvert box dimension structures do not pass the permissible deflection of 92.50 mm due to the influence of cross-sectional geometry. In both types of dimensions of the culvert box structure, the shear force factored on the component (Vu) does not go beyond the calculated shear resistance (Vr). In both dimension types of the box culvert structure the effect of the axial force factor (Pu) does not go beyond the buffer axial resistance factor (Pr). Obtained the dimensions of the basic reinforcement of D19-150 and reinforcement for D16-250 for the structure of multiple cell boxes culvert, while the basic reinforcement of D25-125 and reinforcement for D19-250 for the structure of single cell box culvert. In both types of dimensions of the culvert box structure the reinforcement distance (s) does not go beyond the permissible crack distance (sa). Drainase Jalan Tol Sigli-Banda Aceh paket 4 direncanakan menggunakan desain box culvert dengan metode cor di tempat ( cast in situ ). Hal ini disebabkan karena lebar ukuran sungai yang melebihi kapasitas dan tinggi timbunan tanah yang cukup ekstrem. Box culvert atau goronggorong persegi merupakan saluran tertutup yang dapat meminimalisir masuknya sampah maupun kontak dengan benda yang ada di atasnya, sehingga aliran air dapat mengalir dengan baik. Adapun opsi untuk tipe dimensi box culvert yang akan digunakan ada dua macam, yaitu single cell dan double cell. Dimensi untuk struktur single box culvert adalah 6 m x 3 m x 1 cell, sedangkan untuk multiple box culvert adalah 3 m x 3 m x 2 cells, sesuai dengan lebar sungai  6 m dan tinggi  3 m. Untuk pembebanan ultimate, momen maksimum yang terjadi pada struktur multiple cell box culvert sebesar 314,024 kN/m, sedangkan untuk struktur single cell box culvert sebesar 761,786 kN/m. Untuk pembebanan layan, momen maksimum yang terjadi pada struktur multiple cell box culvert sebesar 241,107 kN/m, sedangkan untuk struktur single cell box culvert sebesar 584,720 kN/m. Pada pengecekan kekuatan lentur, nilai rasio minimum tulangan (ρmin) tidak melampaui rasio yang terjadi (ρact). Struktur multiple cell box culvert mengalami defleksi ke arah bawah dengan nilai 3,02 mm, sedangkan struktur single cell box culvert yang mengalami defleksi ke arah bawah dengan nilai 12,91 mm. Kedua tipe struktur dimensi box culvert tidak melewati defleksi yang diizinkan sebesar 92,50 mm karena pengaruh geometri penampang. Pada kedua tipe dimensi struktur box culvert, gaya geser yang difaktorkan pada komponen (Vu) tidak melampaui resistensi geser yang diperhitungkan (Vr). Pada kedua tipe dimensi struktur box culvert efek gaya aksial faktor (Pu) tidak melampaui faktor resistensi aksial penyangga (Pr). Didapat dimensi tulangan pokok sebesar D19-150 dan tulangan bagi D16-250 untuk struktur multiple cell box culvert, sedangkan tulangan pokok sebesar D25-125 dan tulangan bagi D19-250 untuk struktur single cell box culvert. Pada kedua tipe dimensi struktur box culvert jarak tulangan (s) tidak melampaui jarak retak yang diizinkan (sa).
