Abstract
The EKKI Tower Project - Podomoro Golf View Bogor is an apartment built with the main reason of course due to limited land. And this condition encourages the high price of landed houses, one of which is influenced by the price of land. has a building area of + 71,808 m2, the building height from the bottom semi basement to the roof is 96 meters, with height details per floor ranging from 3.5-4 meters, this tower consists of 24 floors. One of the goals in project management is the fulfillment of quality requirements that have been planned. This study analyzes the quality management implementation system on column and shearwall structures which are carried out with the standards used plan quality, quality assurance, quality control and concrete compressive strength test (hammer test) implementation method with direct observation in the field. The result of this writing is that the plan quality process carried out has met the standards used in the project, for the implementation of. Keywords :Concrete, Quality Management, Concrete, Plan Quality, Quality Assurance,Quality Control Proyek Tower EKKI - Podomoro Golf View Bogor merupakan apartemen yang dibangun dengan alasan utama tentu saja karena keterbatasan lahan. Dan kondisi tersebut mendorong tingginya harga rumah tapak yang salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh harga tanahnya. memiliki luas bangunan + 71.808 m2 , Tinggi bangunan dari Semi Basement paling bawah sampai atap adalah 96 meter, dengan rincian tinggi per lantai berkisar 3,5-4 meter, Tower ini terdiri dari 24 lantai. Salah satu sasaran dalam pengelolaan proyek adalah terpenuhinya persyaratan mutu yang telah di rencanakan.. Penelitian ini menganalisis system pelaksanaan manajemen mutu pada struktur kolom dan shearwall yang dilakukan dengan standar yang digunakan Plan Quality,Quality Assurance,Quality Control dan uji kuat tekan beton ( hammer test ) metode pelaksanaan dengan pengamatan dilapangan langsung. Adapun hasil dari penulisan ini adalah proses plan quality yang dilakukan sudah memenuhi standar yang digunakan dalam proyek tersebut, untuk pelaksanaan quality control menunjukan hasil kesesuaian pekerjaan terhadap spesifikasi yang sesuai dengan dokumen kontrak,untuk pelaksanaan quality assurance dilakukan dengan penerapan checklist terhadap pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan. Untuk uji Hammer Test di dapat angka kekuatan beton 44 MPa Kata kunci : Beton,Manajemen Mutu,Plan Quality,Quality Assurance,Quality Control.
