Abstract

In respect of the management company wants to launch an order fulfillment breakthrough in improving the management has decided to outsource so required outsoursing literature. Based on the data calculations using the method of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process the data obtained from related parties / experts in the field of purchasing, quality, design, production and planning. obtained the best criteria in the order that the Quality System Assessment ( QSA ), Manufacturing ( M ), Business Criteria ( BC ), Performance Assessment ( PA ), the Human Resource ( HR ) and Information Technology ( IT ). The products selected by the method of Pareto diagram is PERI UP and components selected by the method of Pareto diagram is Diagonal Brace Ledger UBL 150/150. After weighting calculation using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process Method value overall weight of each - each alternative obtainable selected suppliers are PT Pramesta Steel Main. Perusahaan PT BETON PERKASA WIJAKSANA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan scaffolding dan bekisting kontruksi yang bekerjasama dengan perusahaan Jerman, dengan pangsa pasar Asia pasifik. Produk-produknya sudah terkenal di Indonesia. Sehubungan manajemen perusahaan ingin melakuakn terobosan dalam peningkatan pemenuhan order maka manajemen telah memutuskan untuk melakukan outsourcing sehingga diperlukan literature outsoursing. Berdasarkan perhitungan data dengan menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process yang datanya diperoleh dari pihak terkait/ahli dibidang pembelian, kualitas, desain, produksi dan perencanaan. diperoleh kriteria terbaik dengan urutan yaitu Quality Sistem Assesment (QSA), Manufacturing (M), Business Criteria (BC), Performance Assesment (PA), Human Resource (HR) dan Information Technology (IT). Produk yang terpilih dengan metode Diagram Pareto adalah PERI UP dan komponen yang terpilih dengan metode Diagram Pareto adalah Ledger Diagonal Brace UBL 150/150. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan pembobotan dengan menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process nilai bobot menyeluruh masing – masing alternative diperoleh pemasok terpilih adalah PT Pramesta Baja Utama.
