Abstract

This study aimed to analyze whether the application of the product quality control system at PT. Primarindo Argatile already restrained or not restrained and look for the causes of damage to the company's products. For this study the method of analysis used is the application of Seven Tools and FMEA (failure-mode-effect-analisys) where the quality control process performed on PT.Primarindo Argatile, and the results are compared with the standards applied by the company with the method FMEA, Fishbone, Pareto and Checklist. The results of this study indicate that the product quality control on PT.Primarindo Argatile still not under control. This type of damage is the most common defect defective product sompel in April 2013. From the results of field observations and interviews, the factors that cause this damage is the human factor, engine, environment, working methods and materials. Of defective products that have known then made efforts to repair the defect sompel respectively, printing defects and defect crack with Seven Tools and FMEA method. Keywords: Quality Control System, FMEA, Fishbone, Pareto, Checklist and 4 M -1 E Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah penerapan system pengendalian kualitas produk pada PT. Primarindo Argatile sudah terkendali atau belum terkendali serta mencari penyebab-penyebab kerusakan produk pada perusahaan tersebut. Untuk penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan adalah penerapan Seven Tools dan FMEA (failure-mode-effect-analisys) dimana proses pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan pada PT.Primarindo Argatile, dan hasilnya dibandingkan dengan standar yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan dengan metode FMEA, Fishbone, Pareto dan Checklist. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengendalian kualitas produk pada PT.Primarindo Argatile masih belum terkendali. Jenis kerusakan yang paling banyak terjadi adalah cacat sompel produk cacat pada bulan April 2013. Dari hasil observasi lapangan dan wawancara, faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab kerusakan ini adalah factor manusia, mesin, lingkungan, metode kerja dan material. Dari cacat produk yang telah diketahui maka dilakukan upaya perbaikan pada masing-masing cacat sompel, cacat printing dan cacat crack dengan metode Seven Tools dan FMEA.
