Abstract

The growth of the Indonesian tourism sector has increased every year and Indonesia has a very potential and extraordinary nature such as in the Kuningan Regency area, so that with the establishment of a hotel in the area, you can take advantage of the natural view of the Kuningan Regency to be enjoyed while spending the night in Kuningan. The project has the theme of a modern ethnic resort building, where the hotel building is designed to have a role as a marker even though its location is in the urban forest by having the highest floor hotel in Kuningan (5 floors) so that it gets an identity that the public can always remember. The purpose of the architectural design is for needs oriented to comfort, health, lifestyle with an architectural appearance by following existing standards. The location of the hotel resort site is in the center of Kuningan city, namely Jalan Siliwangi, Kuningan Regency in a privately owned urban forest area which has a total area of 7 hectares. The area owned by the initiator in the Cigombang area is one of the areas in the Kuningan urban area which is still an urban forest, which can be passed through 2 roads, namely Jalan Siliwangi and Jalan Ir.Soekarno. This project is a contest of ideas that will be built by the Puspita Cipta Group. The 7 ha land was then taken for approximately 2.5 ha of land to be used as facilities such as hotel resorts, restaurants, coffee shops, villas and convention halls. Keywords : Hotel Resort, Kuningan West Java, Modern Ethnic Resort Pertumbuhan dari sektor pariwisata Indonesia setiap tahunnya memiliki peningkatan serta Indonesia memiliki alam yang sangat berpotensi dan luar biasa seperti pada daerah Kabupaten Kuningan, sehingga dengan didirikannya hotel di area tersebut dapat memanfaatkan view alam kabupaten kuningan untuk dinikmati sambil bermalam di Kuningan. Pada proyek tersebut memiliki tema bangunan modern ethnic resort yaitu dimana bangunan hotel yang dirancang memiliki peran sebagai penanda walaupun lokasinya berada di dalam hutan kota dengan memiliki hotel lantai tertinggi di Kuningan ( 5 lantai) sehingga mendapat identitas yang dapat diingat selalu oleh masyarakat. Tujuan desain pada arsitekturalnya untuk kebutuhan yang berorientasi pada kenyamanan,Kesehatan,gaya hidup dengan tampilan arsitektural dengan mengikuti standart yang ada. Lokasi tapak hotel resort berada di di pusat kota Kuningan , yaitu Jalan Siliwangi Kabupaten Kuningan di daerah hutan kota milik pribadi yang memiliki luas total 7 Ha. Area yang dimiliki oleh pemrakarsa di daerah Cigombang merupakan salah satu area di perkotaan Kuningan yang masih berupa hutan kota, yang dapat dilalui melalui 2 jalan,yaitu Jalan Siliwangi dan Jalan Ir.Soekarno. Proyek ini merupakan sayembara gagasan ide yang akan dibangun oleh Puspita Cipta Group. Lahan 7 Ha tersebut kemudian diambil lahan kurang lebih 2,5 Ha untuk dijadikan fasilitas-fasilitas seperti hotel resort, restoran,coffe shop,villa dan convention hall.
