Abstract
This study aims to determine how the effect of procedural justice and organizational commitment on OCB (organizational citizenship behavior) and job satisfaction on contact center employees at PT. Lintasarta. This research uses quantitative analysis. Using the Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) method with a research sample of 85 respondents. This sampling technique is a conditionally randomized technique and the data used in this study is primary data obtained using a data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire and the data is processed using the SmartPLS 3 statistical software. The results showed that the effect of procedural justice on job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, organizational commitment on job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, OCB on job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, procedural justice on OCB had a significant positive effect and organizational commitment on OCB had a significant positive effect. Which means that the higher the procedural fairness, the higher the job satisfaction and this applies to all other variables. Keywords : Procedural justice, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and Structural Equating Modeling Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keadilan prosedural dan komitmen organisasional terhadap OCB (organizational citizenship behavior) dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan contact center di PT. Lintasarta. Penelitian menggunakan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Menggunakan metode Structural Equating Modelling (SEM) dengan sampel penelitian 85 responden.Teknik pengambilan sampel ini adalah teknik acak bersyarat dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrument pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan data diolah dengan menggunakan software statistik SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh keadilan prosedural terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif, komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif, OCB terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif, keadilan prosedural terhadap OCB berpengaruh signifikan positif dan komitmen organisasional terhadap OCB berpengaruh signifikan positif. Yang berarti semakin tinggi keadilan prosedural maka akan mengakibatkan semakin tinggu pula kepuasan kerja dan berlaku juga dengan semua variabel lainnya.
