Abstract
The police have several main tasks, especially in the role of problem solving in the community. The data on the increase in violations by police officers is also related to the high workload that triggers burnout. One of the efforts to overcome burnout is resilience. This study aims to examine the effect of resilience on burnout in members of the police work unit Y in agency X. This study is a quantitative study with a causal explanatory research design. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting online questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 209 people. The results of the simple regression test show that there is an effect of resilience on burnout for members of the police in work unit Y at Institution X Keywords: Burnout, Resilience, Police Polisi memiliki beberapa tugas utama khususnya dalam peran penyelesaian masalah pada masyarakat. Adanya data kenaikan pelanggaran anggota polisi ini juga berkaitan karena beban kerja yang tinggi sehingga memicu timbulnya burnout. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi burnout adalah resiliensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh resiliensi terhadap burnout pada anggota polisi satuan kerja Y di instansi X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian ekplanatori yang bersifat kausal. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan kuesioner online. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 209 orang. Hasil uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh resiliensi terhadap burnout pada anggota kepolisian di satuan kerja Y di Instansi X Kata Kunci : Burnout, Resiliensi, Polisi
