Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of corporate culture on employee performance, and cultural influences on the quality of the performance, as well as the simultaneous influence of corporate culture and quality culture on employee performance on PET resin manufacturing company in Kota Tangerang. Data were obtained through a survey by distributing questionnaires to employees of the company. The sampling technique used is Non Probality Sampling, where respondents were selected based on consideration of compliance with the objectives of this study. Data analysis is performed by using regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed the significant influence of corporate culture on employee performance, quality culturally significant influence on the performance of the company, as well as the dominant influence of the quality culture on employee performance. The simultaneous influence of corporate culture and quality culture on employee performance is also significant. Key Word : Corporate Cultura, Quality Culture, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh budaya mutu terhadap kinerja, serta pengaruh secara bersama-sama budaya perusahaan dan budaya mutu terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahan manufaktur resin PET di wilayah Kota Tangerang. Data diperoleh melalui survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan perusahaan tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non Probality Sampling, dimana responden dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan kesesuaiannya dengan tujuan penelitian ini. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh yang signifikan budaya mutu terhadap kinerja perusahaan, serta pengaruh dominan budaya mutu terhadap kinerja karyawan.Adapun pengaruh secara simultan budaya perusahaan dan budaya mutu terhadap kinerja karyawan juga signifikan.
