Abstract

The duration outages of electrical power system is one of the indicator of reliability an electrical power system. The duration of outages is also affect Energy Not Serve (ENS) that produced because of outages. The longer this outages then the more Energy Not Serve (ENS) will produce then the more loss and decrease the reliability. One of disturbance that will make long duration of outages is disturbance of busbar 20kV. If this disturbance happen, then all of trafo that connect to this busbar which is have a function as a connected rel for take and give electrical power will off. At Gardu Induk Curug, laod evacuation still hard to do because more than one feeder meet at one Gardu Hubung, express feeder have a load, feeder that have spotload configuration, and lack of standar operational procedure (SOP) of load evacuation. So, if the disturbance of busbar 20kV happen at Gardu Induk Curug, evacuate the load will make a lot of time then duration of outages will become longer too. As a preventive step, optimization of burst load at Gardu Induk Curug should be done so load evacuate when disturbance of busbar 20kV more faster than before. The burst of load will be done with cross over with the other feeder and additional of new cubicles. The result of this optimization is Energy Not Serve (ENS) before the burst of load done is 162530,88kWH or equal with Rp. 238.566.076,-. After the burst of load done Energy Not Serve (ENS) become 87669,51kWh or equal with Rp. Rp.128.683.060,- The difference of Energy Not Serve (ENS) from the result of burst load that has been done is 74861,37kWh or equal with Rp.109.883.016,- Keywords : Energy Not Serve (ENS), Outages Duration, Load Evacuation, Burst of load Durasi padam sebuah sistem tenaga listrik merupakan salah satu dari indeks keandalan sebuah sistem tenaga listrik. Durasi padam ini juga berpengaruh terhadap Energy Not Serve (ENS) yang dihasilkan. Semakin lama durasi padam maka semakin besar pula Energy Not Serve (ENS) yang dihasilkan dan semakin besar pula kerugian yang didapat dan keandalan sistem juga akan menurun. Salah satu gangguan yang berpotensi menghasilkan durasi padam yang cukup lama salah satunya adalah gangguan busbar 20kV. Apabila gangguan ini terjadi, maka trafotrafo yang ada pada busbar yang berfungsi sebagai rel penghubung untuk menerima dan menyalurkan tenaga listrik akan mengalami pemadaman. Pada Gardu Induk Curug, evakuasi beban masih sulit dilakukan dikarenakan penyulang dalam satu trafo bertemu dalam satu gardu hubung, penyulang express menampung beban, adanya penyulang dengan konfigurasi spotload dan kurangnya Standar Operational Procedure (SOP) evakuasi beban. Sehingga, pada saat gangguan busbar terjadi pada Gardu Induk Curug evakuasi beban akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama sehingga durasi padam juga akan menjadi lama. Sebagai langkah preventif, optimalisasi pecah beban pada Gardu Induk Curug harus dilakukan agar evakuasi beban pada saat gangguan busbar dilakukan lebih cepat dari sebelumnya. Pemecahan beban ini dilakukan dengan pindah silang dengan penyulang lainnya dan penambahan kubikel baru. Hasil dari optimalisasi pecah beban ini adalah, Energy Not Serve (ENS) sebelum pecah beban dilakukan adalah sebesar 162530,88kWh atau setara dengan Rp. 238.566.076,-. Setelah pecah beban dilakukan Energy Not Serve (ENS) menjadi 87669,51kWh atau setara dengan Rp.128.683.060,- Selisih Energy Not Serve (ENS) dari hasil pecah beban yang dilakukan adalah 74861,37kWh atau setara dengan Rp.109.883.016,- Kata Kunci : Energy Not Serve (ENS), Durasi Padam, Evakuasi Beban, Pecah Beban
