Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity (DER) and Return on Equity Ratio (ROE). to Company Value in the Food and Beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study was 40 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples in this study were 8 companies. The data collection technique used was the documentation method by collecting data related to the object of sampling. The research data were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is panel data regression analysis with Eviews 9 software. This study proves that the positive Current Ratio (CR) is not significant to price book value. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is positive not significant to price book value. Return on Equity (ROE) is negative and significant to price book value. Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Price To Book Value Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Equity (ROE). terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 40 perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi dengan cara mengumpulkan data yang berkaitan dengan objek sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan software Eviews 9. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Return on Equity (ROE) negative dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Current Ratio ,Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity dan Price To Book Value
