Abstract

Profitability, Liquidity, and Firm Size on Company Value. The Profitability measured using ROA (Return on Assets). Liquidity measured using CR (Current Ratio). Firm Size measured by calculating the natural logarithm (Ln) of the average total assets. And the dependent variable in this study , Company Value measured using PBV (Price to Book Value). The population in this study are all state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2015 – 2020. The data in this study amounted to 48 out of 8 companies that met the criteria. The sampling technique used in the study was purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 application program. The results of this study indicate that Profitability (ROA), Liquidity (CR) and Firm Size (Size) simultaneously have an influence on firm value. Partially, Profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, Liquidity (CR) has no effect on Firm Value, while Firm Size (Size) has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value. Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Firm Size, Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Profitabilitas diukur menggunakan ROA (Return on Assets). Likuiditas diukur menggunakan CR (Current Ratio). Ukuran Perusahaan diukur dengan menghitung logaritma natural (Ln) dari rata-rata total asset. Dan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Nilai Perusahaan diukur menggunakan PBV (Price to Book Value). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2015 – 2020. Data dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 dari 8 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas (ROA), Likuiditas (CR) dan Ukuran Perusahaan (Size) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial, Profitabilitas (ROA) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas (CR) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan (Size) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
