Abstract
ABSTRAK Komunikasi merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia, karena untuk melangsungkan kehidupannya itu, manusia perlu berkomunikasi satu dengan lainnya. Sekarang ini, dengan berkembangnya teknologi didunia berkomunikasi juga dapat dilakukan melalui online seperti memberikan informasi melalui sosial media. Bahkan dalam sarana hiburan game juga diperlukan komunikasi Penelitian ini lebih memfokuskan kepada bagian sosial media yang digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada khalayak umum termasuk gamer. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah semakin berkembangnya teknologi dan informasi zaman sekarang dengan hadirnya sosial media, bagaimana pihak RF Unity melakukan interaksi komunikasi kepada para playernya. Sehingga peneliti tertarik apakah kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada RF Online sudah sesuai dengan teori yang sudah ada. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Melakukan teknik wawancara mendalam dengan sumber. Didukung dengan adanya data sekunder dan primer. Lalu dipastikan dan diuji keabsahannya dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil disimpulkan bahwa RF Online Unity dalam melakukan Kualitas Pelayanan sudah berjalan dengan baik karena ke-5 unsur pokok kualitas pelayanan yang telah disampaikan oleh Ketler dan Keller sudah diaplikasikan dengan baik, seperti unsur Kehandalan, Bukti Fisik, Jaminan, Kepekaan, dan Empati. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Private Server, RF Online, Sosial Media ABSTRACT Communication is an important aspect of human life, because, to carry out this life, humans need to communicate with one another. Today, with the development of technology in the world, communication can also be done online, such as by providing information through social media. Even in in-game entertainment facilities, communication is also needed This study focuses more on the social media section that is used as a means to convey messages to the general public, including gamers. The problem in this research is the development of today's technology and information with the presence of social media, how does RF Unity interact with its players. So researchers are interested in whether the quality of services provided to RF Online is to existing theories. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Conduct in-depth interview techniques with sources. Supported by secondary and primary data. Then ensured and tested its validity by using the source triangulation technique. The results concluded that RF Online Unity in carrying out Service Quality has been going well because the 5 main elements of service quality that have been conveyed by Ketler and Keller have been applied properly, such as elements of Reliability, Physical Evidence, Guarantee, Sensitivity, and Empathy.
