Abstract

The Tuning Toyota Ciputat project is a project that was built to meet the needs of consumers to facilitate the needs of the car industry, from the procurement of cars, spare parts, and car repairs. The implementation of quality management is one factor that supports the success of the project, with guaranteed good quality management, the results of project development are also getting better. Research on the factors of application of quality management to cost performance in the Tunas Toyota Ciputat project aims to find out what factors there are in the application of quality management that affect the cost performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Anantagraha Prima Perkasa as the main contractor and the data obtained will be processed using SPSS software. The study of the factors for implementing quality management in this project was carried out, as a first step in its use for the purposes of construction projects in order to carry out quality management properly for this project itself and the following. The results found 3 factors that affect the cost performance, namely the factor of human resource competence and project financial management (Xb1), organizational culture factors, communication and time management (Xb2) and the factor of supervisory management and the final product, Keywords: Quality management, Project Cost Performance, SPSS Proyek Tunas Toyota Ciputat merupakan proyek yang dibangun guna memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen untuk memudahkan kebutuhan industri mobil, dari pengadaan mobil, spare part, dan perbaikan mobil.. Penerapan manajemen mutu adalah saah satu faktor yang menunjang keberhasilan proyek, dengan terjaminnya manajemen mutu yang baik maka hasil dari pembangunan proyek juga semakin baik. Penelitian faktor – faktor penerapan manajemen mutu terhadap kinerja biaya pada proyek Tunas Toyota Ciputat bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa sana dalam penerapan manjemen mutu yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja biaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuisioner yang dilakukan terhadap karyawan di PT. Anantagraha Prima Perkasa selaku kontraktor utama yang kemudian data – data yang diperoleh akan diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Kajian mengenai faktor – faktor penerapan manajemen mutu pada proyek ini dilakukan, sebagai langkah awal dalam pemanfaatannya untuk keperluan proyek konstruksi agar bisa melaksanakan manajemen mutu dengan baik untuk proyek ini sendiri dan berikutmya. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 3 faktor yang berpengaruh pada kinerja biaya yaitu Faktor kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan manajemen keuangan proyek (Xb1), Faktor budaya organisasi, komunikasi dan manajemen waktu (Xb2) dan Faktor manajemen pengawasan dan hasil akhir produk.
