Abstract
Employee Performance is a translation of the quantity and quality of employee work in the organization. Organizational performance will be optimized if it is supported by the excelence of employee performance in the organization. This research aims to find out the influence of coordination, competance and discipline to employees performance of Procurement Service Unit of Head Office of Ministry of Religious Affair (ULP Kemenag Pusat), either separately or simultantly. Data collection was conducted through a survey method using quistionnaries. Sampling method used was saturated sampling technique, so questionnaires were distributed to all 64 (sixty four) employees in ULP Kemenag Pusat as respondents. Data analysis used is determination analysis, F-test, t test, multiple linear regression test and dimensions correlation analysis. The analysis showed that coordination, competence and discipline influence the employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The correlation dimension table showed that vertical coordination at coordination variable has the strongest correlation to work quality at employee performance variables, knowledge at competence variable has the strongest correlation to work quality at employee performance variables and corrective at discipline variables has the strongest correlation to work quality at employee performance. It was concluded that the employee's performance of ULP Kemenag Pusat can be maximized through increased vertical coordination (formal meeting), knowledge (training of employees) and corrective discipline (verbal or written warning) Keywords: Coordination, Competence, Discipline, Employee Performance. https://lib.mercubuana.ac.id/id iii ABSTRAK Kinerja pegawai merupakan penjabaran dari kuantitas dan kualitas kerja pegawai dalam organisasi. Kinerja organisasi akan optimal apabila didukung kinerja pegawai yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh koordinasi, kompetensi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai ULP Kemenag Pusat, baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survey menggunakan kuisioner. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga kuisioner didistribusikan kepada seluruh pegawai ULP Kemenag Pusat sebagai responden yang berjumlah 64 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis determinasi, Uji F, Uji t, Uji regresi linear berganda dan analisis korelasi antar dimensi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi, kompetensi dan disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tabel korelasi antar dimensi menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi vertikal pada variabel koordinasi memiliki korelasi yang paling kuat terhadap kualitas kerja pada variabel kinerja pegawai, pengetahuan pada variabel kompetensi memiliki korelasi yang paling kuat terhadap kualitas kerja pada variabel kinerja pegawai, dan disiplin korektif pada variabel disiplin memiliki korelasi yang paling kuat terhadap kualitas kerja pada variabel kinerja pegawai. Disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai ULP Kemenag Pusat dapat dimaksimalkan melalui peningkatan koordinasi vertikal (rapat formal), pengetahuan (pelatihan pegawai) dan disiplin korektif (teguran lisan maupun tertulis).
