Abstract

Given the importance of the construction industry in economic growth, companies need to identify the main issues affecting the efficiency of their sector. Global challenges faced by the world cannot be avoided, both from the government sector and the private sector, therefore all parties are required to be able to prepare themselves to draw up productive and anticipatory steps as well as possible to be able to survive in the face of global competition conditions. Based on one of the principles of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, namely focus on customers which can be interpreted as customer satisfaction. The ISO 9001:2008 quality management system takes into account that the customer plays a very important role in setting the requirements as input. Indicators of customer satisfaction can be seen from the quality of service. This research was conducted to determine the factors of the implementation of the Quality Management System that affect the quality of projects in building construction. Based on the results of responses from correspondents, the significant value that affects the quality of the project is operational. Keywords : ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, Quality, Building Construction Mengingat pentingnya industri konstruksi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, perusahaan perlu mengidentifikasi isu-isu utama yang mempengaruhi efisiensi sektornya. Tantangan global yang dihadapi dunia tidak dapat dihindari baik dari sektor pemerintahan maupun sektor swasta, maka dari itu semua pihak dituntut untuk dapat mempersiapkan diri untuk menyusun langkah-langkah yang produktif dan antisipatif sebaik mungkin untuk bisa bertahan dalam menghadapi kondisi persaingan dunia global tersebut. Berdasarkan salah satu prinsip dari Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 yaitu fokus pada pelanggan yang dapat diartikan kepuasan pelanggan. Sistem manajamen mutu ISO 9001:2008 memperhatikan bahwa pelanggan memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam menetapkan persyaratan – persyaratan sebagai masukan Indikator dari kepuasan pelanggan dapat dilihat dari kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas proyek pada konstruksi gedung. Berdasarkan hasil tanggapan dari koresponden maka nilai signifikan yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas proyek yaitu operasional.
