Abstract
Resilience is a person's ability to adjust positively, survive and bounce back after experiencing difficult and stressful circumstances. In this study, the author examines the characteristics and aspects behind the resilience of emergency room nurses who have been positive for covid 19. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques, in order to collect extensive and in-depth information and data. The number of subjects in this study were 3 (three) people, taken by purposive sampling technique in accordance with the criteria of research subjects that had been determined previously. The results showed that each subject had different experiences and symptoms while being diagnosed with covid-19. Strength within oneself as well as support from those closest to and around are the main factors that influence how the three subjects were able to go through a difficult period of being exposed to covid-19 until they recovered. The motivation that affects the three subjects to be able to recover is the family who always supports in any circumstances. Keywords: resilience, emergency room nurse, covid-19 Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk menyesuaikan diri secara positif, bertahan dan bangkit kembali setelah mengalami keadaan yang sulit dan menekan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis meneliti karakteristik dan aspek apa saja yang melatar belakangi resiliensi pada perawat igd yang pernah positif covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi, guna mengumpulkan informasi serta data yang luas dan sedalam-dalamnya. Jumlah subyek dalam penelitian ini ada 3 (tiga) orang, diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling sesuai dengan kriteria subyek penelitian yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing subjek memiliki pengalaman dan gejala-gejala yang berbeda selama terdiagnosa covid-19. Kekuatan dalam diri sendiri juga dukungan dari orang terdekat dan sekitar merupakan faktor utama yang mepengaruhi bagaimana ketiga subjek dapat menjalani masa masa sulit terpapar covid-19 hingga sembuh. Adapun motivasi yang mempengaruhi ketiga subjek untuk bisa sembuh adalah keluarga yang selalu mendukung dalam keadaan apapun. Kata kunci: RESILIENSI, PERAWAT IGD, COVID-19
