Abstract
Basically human resource management is part of management, in consequence theory – common management theory as its study, about man role in render optimal aim. Its is clear human resource management constitutes a special management area study relationship and man role in organisational corporate. Since human resource role this momentously, therefore have one worthy its organization gives big attention to resources its man, that they do work and get achievement with every consideration, one that on eventually determine organization success to reach optimal result in achieving its aim. See really the importance for job motivation and job satisfaction to officer work performance, therefore writer most draw for work through this problem is deep Final Task. There is method even research in observational it is: Sample pull method that will be utilized deep observational it is methodic simple random sample pull. with population 71 officer with level glosses over 10% total s (sample) one that wills be respondent of observational it is established 59 officer. Available even terminological its data types observational this is kualitatif data and quantitative. methodic data collecting that utilizing to pass through kuesioner method.
