Abstract

The increase in the development of the city of Jakarta causes an increase in population, with an increase in the number of residents associated with the use of vehicles. the increase in vehicles that are not in accordance with the increase in roads in the city of South Tangerang, causing the roads in the city of South Tangerang to be prone to congestion. One of them, Ciputat Raya, Cirendeu is a link between Pamulang to Pondok Indah. Congestion that occurs on the road, high speed reduces road performance plus there is a (u-turn)/opening along Jalan Raya Ciputat, Cirendeu, causing congestion in both directions, a significant impact on the presence of a u-turn in front of UI, it is necessary conducted a study related to the analysis of the impact of side barriers (u-turn) on the performance of Jalan Raya Ciputat, Cirendeu which is expressed by free flow speed, capacity and degree of saturation. The study uses geometric survey data for the Ciputat Highway, Cirendeu, the volume of vehicles that pass during peak hours on weekdays. Population data as a coefficient value in the analysis obtained from the Jabodetabek BPS. Performance analysis of the Ciputat, Cirendeu Highway section based on the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI). Keyword : Kinerja Ruas Jalan, Jalan Ciputat Raya, MKJI 1997. Peningkatan perkembangan kota Jakarta menyebabkan bertambahnya penduduk, dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang terkait dengan penggunaan kendaraan. peningkatan kendaraan yang tidak sesuai dengan peningkatan jalan di kota Tangerang Selatan, menyebabkan jalan di kota Tangerang Selatan rentan dengan kemacetan. Salah satunya, Ciputat Raya, Cirendeu merupakan penghubung antara Pamulang ke arah Pondok Indah. Kemacetan yang terjadi pada jalan tersebut, kecepatan tinggi menurunkan kinerja jalan ditambah lagi adanya (u-turn)/ bukaan disepanjang Jalan Raya Ciputat, Cirendeu, menjadi penyebab kemacetan dikedua arah, dampak signifikan adanya adanya balik (u-turn) di depan UI, Perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait analisis dampak hambatan samping (u-turn) terhadap kinerja ruas Jalan Raya Ciputat, Cirendeu yang dinyatakan dengan kecepatan arus bebas, kapasitas dan derajat kejenuhan. Penelitian menggunakan data survey geometrik ruas Jalan Raya Ciputat, Cirendeu, volume kendaraan yang melintas pada jam sibuk dihari kerja. Data jumlah penduduk sebagai nilai koefisien dalam analisis yang didapat dari BPS Jabodetabek. Analisis kinerja ruas Jalan Raya Ciputat, Cirendeu berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Kata kunci : Kinerja Ruas Jalan, Jalan Ciputat Raya, MKJI 1997.
