Abstract

Monitoring of the existing condition of the railway bridge on a regular basis needs to be done to minimize the occurrence of unwanted risks. One of the causes of the decrease in the strength of the bridge structure is the change in the cross-sectional dimensions. In addition, the amount of load that passes through the bridge is currently increasing, causing a decrease in the performance of the existing railway bridge structure. Thus, it is necessary to assess the reliability of the railway bridge structure so that an early warning of damage can be carried out to avoid collapse or structural failure. This research was conducted at the BH 77 Tegineneng Railway Bridge, this location was chosen to be in accordance with research that was also carried out by the National Research and Innovation Agency (Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional) as the implementation of Structure Health Monitoring System. In this study, the truss dimension data was used based on direct measurement results, while the loading used the maximum actual load (in this case the live load) was the CC202 locomotive and KKBW wagons which referred to PM Number 60 of 2012. Structure analysis was performed using SAP2000 V23 software with the output obtained is deflection. Furthermore, the statistical approach is carried out by analyzing the probability structure with an uncertain approach of non-deterministic capacity (R) with a deterministic value of demand or load (Q). Based on the results of the measurement of the dimensions of the bridge truss that has been carried out, the largest standard deviation value for the 113 and 115 bars is 0.91mm. While the value of the small standard deviation occurs in the rod 110 is 0.24 mm. After analyzing the bridge structure, the maximum deflection value around the center of the span due to the maximum load is 58 mm or 94.4% of the maximum deflection, which is 61.6 mm. Furthermore, based on the results of deterministic static analysis, the maximum tensile stress value is +90.186 MPa and the maximum compressive stress is -96.916 MPa. This value is still far from the yield stress of steel which reaches 240 MPa. So, based on the results of a conservative numerical model, it shows that the reliability of the bridge structure based on the measurement of the bridge geometry reaches 100%. Pemantauan terhadap kondisi eksisting jembatan kereta api secara berkala perlu dilakukan untuk meminimalkan terjadinya risiko yang tidak diinginkan. Salah satu penyebab penurunan kekuatan struktur jembatan adalah perubahan dimensi penampang. Selain itu, jumlah beban yang melalui jembatan saat ini semakin meningkat sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kinerja struktur jembatan kereta api eksisting. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan penilian terhadap keandalan struktur jembatan kereta api agar dapat dilakukan peringatan dini terhadap kerusakan untuk menghindari terjadinya runtuh atau kegagalan struktur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jembatan Kereta Api BH 77 Tegineneng, lokasi ini dipilih agar sesuai dengan penelitian yang juga dilakukan oleh Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) sebagai upaya dalam penerapan Structure Health Monitoring System. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data dimensi rangka batang berdasarkan hasil pengukuran secara langsung sedangkan pembebanan menggunakan beban aktual maksimum dalam hal ini beban hidup yang digunakan adalah Lokomotif CC202 dan gerbong KKBW yang merujuk pada PM Nomor 60 Tahun 2012. Analisis struktur dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SAP2000 V23 dengan output yang diperoleh ialah lendutan. Selanjutnya pendekatan statistik dilakukan dengan analisis probabilitas struktur dengan pendekatann tidak pastinya kapastias (�) tak deterministik dengan nilai permintaan atau beban (�) deterministik. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dimensi rangka jembatan yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan nilai standar deviasi terbesar pada batang 113 dan 115 ialah 0,91mm. Sedangkan nilai standar deviasi kecil pada batang 110 ialah 0,24 mm. Setelah dilakukana anlisis terhadap struktur jembatan didapatkan nilai lendutan maksimum di sekitar tengah bentang akibat beban maksimum sebesar 58 mm atau 94,4% dari lendutan maksimum yaitu 61,6 mm. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil analisis statik deterministik didapatkan nilai tegangan tarik maksimum yaitu +90,186 MPa dan tegangan tekan maksimum yaitu -96,916 MPa. Nilai ini masih jauh dari tegangan leleh baja yang mencapai 240 MPa. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil model numerik konservatif menunjukkan bahwa keandalan struktur jembatan yang didasarkan pada pengukuran geometri jembatan mencapai 100%.
