Abstract

In project implementation, there is often a mismatch between the planned schedule and the realization in the field, the impact is delays in implementation time and increased costs in project implementation. The existence of this delay needs to accelerate the time of project implementation by increasing working time and adding workers. This study aims to determine the acceleration of the duration of work and to determine the increase in wages of workers when working overtime. To fulfill the data collected from primary data and secondary data. To calculate the analysis of this data sample using the Productivity Rating method. This acceleration can be done in various ways, for example in this study using the addition of working time (overtime). From the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen the difference between normal productivity and accelerated productivity with 3 alternative overtime hours, namely 1 hour to 3 hours of overtime. There is an increase in the duration when overtime work is carried out with 3 types of work, namely ironwork, casting and Aluko formwork with each getting a decrease in duration for each increase in overtime hours, while the costs with these 3 types of work are overtime work, then there is an increase for every increase in overtime hours. There has been an increase in the percentage of workers' wage costs with 3 alternative overtime hours for ironing the cost of increasing wages by 9% for 1 hour of overtime while 4% for 2 hours and 3 hours of overtime, casting work costs an increase of 18% for 1 hour of overtime while 20% for 2 hours and 3 hours of overtime and for the work of casting and formwork aluko the cost of increasing wages by 23% for 1 hour of overtime while 21% for 2 hours and 3 hours of overtime. ABSTRACT Keywords : Duration, Overtime, Production, Labor, Wages Dalam pelaksanaan proyek, sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara jadwal rencana dengan realisasi di lapangan, dampak yang terjadi adalah keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan serta meningkatnya biaya pada pelaksanaan proyek. Adanya keterlambatan ini perlu melakukan percepatan waktu pelaksanaan proyek dengan cara penambahan waktu kerja serta penambahan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui percepatan durasi pekerjaan serta mengetahui presentase kenaikan upah pekerja saat kerja lembur. Untuk memenuhi data dikumpulkan dari data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk menghitung analisa data sampel ini dengan menggunakan metode Productivity Rating. Percepatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan penamabahan waktu kerja (lembur). Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka di dapat hasil perbedaan dari produktivitas normal dengan produkivitas dipercepat dengan 3 alternatif waktu lembur yaitu 1 jam sampai 3 jam lembur. Adanya kenaikan durasi saat dilakukan kerja lembur dengan 3 jenis pengerjaan yaitu pengerjaan pembesian, pengecoran dan bekisting aluko dengan masing-masing mendapatkan penurunan durasi setiap pertambahnya waktu jam lembur, sedangkan biaya dengan 3 jenis pengerjaan tersebut adanya kerja lembur maka mengalami kenaikan setiap pertambahnya waktu jam lembur. Terjadi peningkatan presentase terhadap biaya upah pekerja dengan 3 alternartif waktu lembur untuk pengerjaan pembesian biaya kenaikan upah sebesar 9% untuk 1 jam lembur sedangkan 4% untuk 2 jam dan 3 jam waktu lembur, pengerjaan pengecoran biaya kenaikan upah sebesar 18% untuk 1 jam lembur sedangkan 20% untuk 2 jam dan 3 jam waktu lembur dan untuk pengerjaan pengecoran serta bekisting aluko biaya kenaikan upah sebesar sebesar 23% 1 jam lembur sedangkan 21% untuk 2 jam dan 3 jam waktu lembur.
