Abstract

Jak Lingko is an integrated transportation system for routes, management, and payments. The general condition that occurs at this time is that the JAK 53 service: Pos Pengumben – Grogol via Slipi Jaya still has several weaknesses (weaknesses), such as: the placement of Bus Stop stop signs and the implementation of Minimum Service Standards that are not yet optimal. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of placing signs for Bus Stop stops and to determine the level of effectiveness of the operational performance of Microtrans Jak Lingko 53 in meeting Minimum Service Standards (SPM) using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) approaches. ). Based on the observations, it is known that the placement of signs still does not meet the Technical Standard for Public Passenger Vehicle Stopping Engineering. From the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) it has been going well, but from the 5 categories of SPM there are 2 categories that are still not optimal, such as the attributes of Safety and Order. The performance of the main priority of improvement using the IPA method is the description of questions number 10,5,13. It can be seen that the assessment of service user satisfaction to service providers using the CSI method gets a score of 69%. Keywords: Signs, Minimum Service Standards, IPA, CSI. Jak Lingko merupakan sistem transportasi terintegrasi baik rute, manajemen, maupun pembayaran. Kondisi secara umum yang terjadi saat ini bahwa layanan JAK 53 : Pos Pengumben – Grogol via Slipi Jaya tersebut masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan (kelemahan) antara lain seperti : penempatan rambu pemberhentian Bus Stop dan penerapan Standard Pelayanan Minimal yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas dari penempatan rambu-rambu tempat pemberhentian Bus Stop dan mengetahui tingkat efektifitas kinerja operasional Mikrotrans Jak Lingko 53 dalam memenuhi Standard Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Berdasarkan pengamatan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa penempatan rambu – rambu masih belum memenuhi standard Teknis Perekayasanaan Tempat Perhentian Kendaraan Penumpang Umum. Dari penerapan Standard Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun dari 5 kategori SPM terdapat 2 kategori yang masih belum optimal seperti atribut Keselamatan dan Keteraturan. Kinerja prioritas utama perbaikan menggunakan metode IPA adalah uraian pertanyaan nomor 10,5,13. Dapat diketahui untuk penilaian kepuasan pengguna jasa kepada penyedia jasa menggunakan metode CSI mendapatkan skor 69%. Kata Kunci : Rambu, Standard Pelayanan Minimal, IPA, CSI.
