Abstract

Building construction in Indonesia and the world has grown very rapidly. The thing that needs to be considered when designing buildings is that the building structure must be able to bear the load of the structure and be able to withstand lateral forces caused by wind and earthquake loads. Structural elements that are usually used to resist lateral forces are Shear Wall. The shear wall stiffness is greater than other structural elements, so the lateral loads and gravity that occur will be absorbed more by the shear wall so that the dimensions of other structural elements can be reduced. In this study, the concrete quality F'c 35 Mpa and the steel quality f'y 400 Mpa were used. SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013 and SNI 2847:2013 which are the basis of this research. Using a Special Moment Resistant Frame System and a Dual System with a special Moment Resistant Frame. Structural analysis was carried out on existing buildings using SAP2000 V14 software, then preliminary design shear wall, Shear Wall configuration analysis, structural analysis with the addition of shearwall. From the structural analysis, the dimensions of the shearwall structure are 400mm thick with D22 main reinforcement, D13 body reinforcement and D10 stirrups. The addition of shearwall has an effect on the dimensions of the column & beam structure, in the existing building the column dimensions are the largest 900x900, 1000x1000, 800x1200 and use the main reinforcement D25 with D13 stirrups. Meanwhile, in the alternative structure (with Shear wall) the dimensions of the column structure are smaller, 500x500, 500x700, 700x700, with D22 main reinforcement and D10 stirrups. In the existing beam structure, the largest dimensions used are 400x700, 500x800, 500x1000 with D25 main reinforcement and D13 stirrups. While the alternative structure obtained the largest beam dimensions 350x700, 400x750 with the main reinforcement D19, D22 and D10 stirrups. It is proven by the value of the structure's Selfweight in the alternative structure of 132,738,186 kN < 165,541,984 kN, this value reduces the Selfweight of the structure by 32,803,798 kN (19.82 %) from the weight of the existing structure. on the analysis of SAP2000 V14, the dimensions of the structural elements and the design of the steel are strong enough to withstand the loads that work on the building. Keywords : Alternative Design, Shear Wall, 8 Floor Building Structure Planning, SAP2000 Pembangunan gedung di indonesia maupun dunia telah berkembang sangat pesat. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan pada saat merancang bangunan gedung adalah struktur bangunan harus mampu memikul beban struktur serta mampu menahan gaya lateral yang disebabkan oleh beban angin dan gempa. Elemen struktur yang biasa digunakan untuk menahan gaya lateral adalah Shear Wall. Kekakuan Shear Wall lebih besar di banding elemen-elemen struktur lainnya maka otomatis beban-beban lateral dan gravitasi yang terjadi akan lebih banyak diserap oleh shear wall sehingga dimensi daripada elemen – elemen struktur lain dapat diperkecil. Pada penelitian ini digunakan mutu beton F’c 35 Mpa dan mutu baja f’y 400 Mpa. SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013 dan SNI 2847:2013 yang menjadi dasar ataupun landasan penulisan ini. Menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen khusus (SRPMK) dan Sistem Ganda dengan Rangka Pemikul Momen khusus. Dilakukan analisa struktur pada bangunan existing menggunakan software SAP2000 V14, kemudian preliminary design shearwall, Analisa konfigurasi letak Shear Wall, analisa struktur dengan penambahan shearwall. Dari analisa struktur yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil dimensi struktur shearwall dengan tebal 400mm dengan tulangan utama D22, tulangan badan D13 dan sengkang D10. Penambahan shearwall berpengaruh pada dimensi struktur kolom & balok, pada bangunan existing dimensi kolom adalah paling besar 900x900, 1000x1000, 800x1200 dan menggunakan tulangan utama D25 dengan sengkang D13. Sedangkan pada struktur alternatif (dengan Shear wall) diperoleh dimensi struktur kolom yang lebih kecil, 500x500, 500x700, 700x700, dengan tulangan utama D22 dan sengkang D10. Pada struktur balok existing dimensi paling besar digunakan adalah 400x700, 500x800, 500x1000 dengan tulangan utama D25 dan sengkang D13. Sedangkan pada struktur alternatif diperoleh dimensi balok terbesar 350x700, 400x750 dengan tulangan utama D19,D22 dan sengkang D10. Dibuktikan dengan nilai berat sendiri struktur pada struktur alternatif 132.738,186 kN < 165.541,984 kN, nilai tersebut mengurangi berat struktur sebesar 32.803,798 kN (19,82 %) dari berat struktur Existing. pada analisa SAP2000 V14, dimensi element struktur dan desain pembesian kuat menahan beban yang bekerja pada bangunan.
