Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning agility and employee performance at the XYZ company, Lippo Cikarang. The number of respondents in this study were 92 employees using the accidental sampling method. This research instrument uses an adapted and modified measuring instrument with a total of 31 items for learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) with Cronbach's Alpha 0.870 and 24 items for learning agility (Koopmans, 2014) with Cronbach's Alpha 0.710. The use of data analysis includes standard deviation, average (mean), and Pearson correlation technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant or positive correlation between learning agility and employee performance (p = 0.001; r = 0.351). Which means that the higher the employee's learning agility, the higher the employee's performance will be. Keywords : learning agility, employee performance, company Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara learning agility dengan kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan XYZ di Cikarang. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 92 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur hasil adaptasi serta modifikasi dengan total 31 item untuk learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,870 serta 24 item untuk learning agility (Koopmans, 2014) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,710. Penggunaan analisis data antara lain standar deviasi, rata – rata (mean), serta teknik korelasi pearson. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan atau korelasi positif antara learning agility dengan kinerja karyawan (p = 0,001 ; r = 0,351). Yang artinya semakin tinggi learning agility karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan yang ada pada dirinya. Kata kunci : learning agility, kinerja karyawan, perusahaan
