Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and work conflict on turnover intention of employees at Citradream Bintaro Hotel. This research design uses a causal research design. The population in this study were all employees of Hotel Citradream Bintaro. The number of samples used as many as 88 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that (1) Workload had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention on employees of Hotel Citradream Bintaro. (2) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention of Hotel Citradream Bintaro employees. (3) Work Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention of Hotel Citradream Bintaro employees. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Work Conflict, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan Hotel Citradream Bintaro. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan Hotel Citradream Bintaro. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 88 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan Hotel Citradream Bintaro. (2) Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan Hotel Citradream Bintaro. (3) Konflik Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan Hotel Citradream Bintaro. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Konflik Kerja, Turnover Intention
