Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about a change in learning from face-toface to online and after two years of learning it will be changed back to face-toface. In those change, students need learning agility as someone's desire to learn something new in a difficult situation. It also takes the ability to understand yourself or called self-awareness. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning agility and self-awareness in active students in West Jakarta. The method used is quantitative with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population of this research is active students tuding at universities in West Jakarta. The sample used was 242 respondents using the convenience sampling method. This study uses a learning agility scale and a self-awareness scale. The correlation test used is Spearman's rho. The results of this study indicate the value of sig. It is .402 (p < .001) so it means that there is a positive relationship between learning agility and self-awareness. Keywords: Learning Agility, Self Awareness Pandemi Covid-19 membawa perubahan pembelajaran dari tatap muka menjadi online dan setelah dua tahun pembelajaran akan dilakukan perubahan kembali menjadi tatap muka. Dalam perubahan ini mahasiswa memerlukan learning agility sebagai keinginan seseorang mempelajari suatu hal baru dalam situasi yang sulit. Selain itu juga dibutuhkan kemampuan untuk memahami diri sendiri atau disebut self awereness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara learning agility dengan self awareness pada mahasiswa aktif di Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif yang berkuliah pada perguruan tinggi di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 242 responden dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala learning agility dan skala self awareness. Uji korelasi yang digunakan adalah Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai sig. Sebesar .402 (p < .001) sehingga hal tersebut memiliki arti adanya hubungan yang positif antara learning agility dengan self awareness. Kata Kunci : Learning Agility, Self Awareness
