Abstract

The city of Tangerang selatan is one of the fastest growing cities, where the suburbs that have been farming or vacant land have been transformed into residential areas and housing residents, which has been a water catchment area has turned into a contributor to flooding. The city of Tangerang selatan is crossed by several rivers including the Kali Angke River. The Angke watershed stretches along 57.09 km² from the research site to the upstream of the river. With the current condition, Angke River has the potential to cause flooding in Tangerang selatan City. Flood control in Kelurahan Paku jaya, Serpong utara District is calculated by using maximum daily rainfall data of Angke Watershed area. Maximum daily rainfall data can be obtained from BMKG website. The maximum daily rainfall data is calculated by the Polygon Thiessen Method To obtain the maximum average rainfall. The maximum daily rainfall is calculated to get the calculated rainfall plan by Normal Distribution Method, Normal Log, Type-III and Gumbel Log Person, so selected Log Normal Distribution analysis with the smallest deviation. Then processing the data by using HSS Nakayasu method to get the value of flood peak discharge (Qp) of 2.47 m³/sec and the design debit Q25 of 285.83 m³/s. The design debit data Q25 used as a reference for designing embankments at locations where runoff occurs, which will later provide embankments to prevent flooding. Keywords : Angke River, Handling flood control, Hss Nakayasu Kota Tangerang selatan adalah salah satu kota yang sangat pesat pertumbuhannya, dimana daerah pinggiran yang selama ini adalah daerah pertanian ataupun lahan kosong berubah menjadi daerah pemukiman dan perumahan penduduk, yang selama ini merupakan daerah resapan air telah berubah fungsi menjadi penyumbang banjir. Kota Tangerang selatan dilintasi oleh beberapa sungai termasuk diantaranya Sungai atau kali Angke. DAS Kali Angke memiliki luas sebesar 57.09 km² dari lokasi penelitian sampai ke hulu sungai. Dengan kondisi saat ini, kali Angke berpotensi menimbulkan banjir di Tangerang selatan. Pengendalian banjir di Kelurahan Paku jaya, Kecamatan Serpong utara diperhitungkan dengan menggunakan data curah hujan harian maksimum kawasan DAS Kali Angke. Data curah hujan harian maksimum dapat diperoleh dari Website BMKG. Data curah hujan harian maksimum dihitung dengan Metode Polygon Thiessen Untuk mendapatkan curah hujan maksimum rata-rata. Curah hujan harian maksimum dihitung untuk mendapatkan curah hujan rencana yang dihitung dengan Metode Distribusi Normal, Log Normal, Log Person Tipe-III dan Gumbel, sehingga dipilih analisa Distribusi Log normal dengan simpangan terkecil. Kemudian pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Metode HSS Nakayasu sehingga didapat nilai debit puncak banjir (Qp) sebesar 2.47 m³/dtk dan debit rancangan Q25 sebesar 285.83 m³/dtk. Data debit rancangan Q25 digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mendesain tanggul pada lokasi yang terjadi limpasan, yang nantinya akan di beri sebuah tanggul agar tidak terjadi banjir.
