Abstract

The continuity and availability of electricity to customers need to be guaranteed and maintained. One of the efforts to make this happen is by evaluating the level of reliability of the electric power distribution system. The level of reliability can be evaluated from the number of times the disturbance occurs and the duration of system recovery. This final project is made with the aim of calculating the reliability index of the 20 kV distribution system of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan. The method used is FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), where the failure index of each major distribution system equipment is taken into account in finding the overall system reliability index. Based on the results obtained from the analysis on the PKL-01 feeder, the SAIFI reliability index value is 1.4052 times the disturbance / year and the SAIDI reliability index value is 4.2592 hours / year and CAIDI is 3.0308 hours / year. Meanwhile, for the results of data analysis and calculations using the reliability assessment simulation method on the ETAP, the index value obtained for SAIFI is 1.4173 times the disturbance / year. Then for the SAIDI value is 4.2843 hours / year and the CAIDI value is 3.0228 / year. The difference obtained from the FMEA method and the reliability assessment on ETAP is not too significant or still linear. Based on SPLN 68, PKL-01 feeders still meet the standard of 3.2 disruptions / year for SAIFI and 21 hours / year for SAIFI. Keywords : FMEA, Reliability, Distribution System, SAIDI, SAIFI Kontinuitas dan ketersediaan tenaga listrik kepada pelanggan perlu dijamin dan dijaga. Salah satu upaya guna mewujudkan hal tersebut adalah dengan mengevaluasi tingkat keandalan sistem distribusi tenaga listrik. Tingkat keandalan dapat dievaluasi dari jumlah berapa kali gangguan terjadi dan lama durasi recovery sistem. Tugas Akhir ini dibuat dengan tujuan menghitung indeks keandalan dari sistem distribusi 20 kV PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan. Metode yang digunakan adalah FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), di mana indeks kegagalan dari setiap peralatan utama sistem distribusi diperhitungkan dalam mencari indeks keandalan sistem secara menyeluruh. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis pada penyulang PKL-01 didapatkan nilai indeks keandalan SAIFI sebesar 1,4052 kali gangguan/tahun dan nilai indeks keandalan SAIDI sebesar 4,2592 jam/tahun dan CAIDI sebesar 3,0308 jam/tahun. Sedangkan untuk hasil analisis data dan perhitungan dengan metode simulasi reliability assessment pada ETAP nilai indeks yang didapat untuk SAIFI yaitu sebesar 1,4173 kali gangguan/tahun. Kemudian untuk nilai SAIDI yaitu 4,2843 jam/tahun dan nilai CAIDI sebesar 3,0228/tahun. Perbedaan yang didapat dari metode FMEA dan reliability assessment pada ETAP tidak terlalu signifikan atau masih linear. Berdasarkan SPLN 68, penyulang PKL-01 masih memenuhi standarnya yang sebesar 3,2 gangguan/tahun untuk SAIFI dan 21 jam/tahun untuk SAIFI.
