Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rumusan masalah assosiatif. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 karyawan PT BNI Life Insurance Unit Syariah. Sampel yang dpergunakan adalah sebanyak 62 karyawan, Metode sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance. The research design used in this research is quantitative with associative problem formulation. Measurements in this study using a Likert scale. The population in this study were 62 employees of PT BNI Life Insurance Sharia Unit. The sample used is 62 employees. The sample method uses a saturated sampling technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that Leadership Style has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
