Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and student achievement at Bina Insani Pinang Vocational High School during online learning in the Covid-19 period. In 2020, the whole world was grounded and informed of an outbreak of a new type of virus, namely the corona virus originating from the Wuhan village area in China, China. Online learning is carried out during the covid-19 period to continue to meet Indonesia's educational goals and work hard to prevent the spread of the virus. learning motivation is an individual character that is related to one's academic results with cognitive engagement where this individual character includes intrinsic value which is focused on students' perceptions of the reasons why they are involved in learning tasks. Achievement is the result that has been achieved, has been done and done. This study uses a quantitative research design approach by examining the relationship between two variables. Participants in this study amounted to 155 students in class XI (eleven). This study took data using an online questionnaire (google from). By using a non-probability sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement, which means that the higher the learning motivation, the lower the learning achievement, while the lower the learning motivation, the higher the student's learning achievement. Because it has a correlation of - 0.44 with a significance value of 0.589. So it can be concluded that there is no correlation. So there is no relationship between learning motivation and student achievement at SMK Bina Insani Pinang during online learning during the covid-19 period. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Motivasi Belajar Dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Smk Bina Insani Pinang Saat Pembelajaran Daring Di Masa Covid-19. Tahun 2020 seluruh dunia dibumingkan dan diinformasikan adanya wabah virus yang berjenis baru yaitu virus corona yang berasal dari wilayah desa Wuhan bertempat di Tiongkok, China. Pembelajaran online dilaksanakan di masa covid-19 untuk tetap memenuhi tujuan pendidikan Indonesia dan bekerja keras mencegah penyebaran virus. motivasi belajar merupakan karakter individu yang berkaitan antara hasil akademik seseorang dengan cognitive engagement yang dimana karakter individu ini meliputi nilai intrinsik yang tertuju pada persepsi pelajar tentang alasan mengapa mereka terlibat dalam tugas belajar. prestasi adalah hasil yang telah diraih, telah dilakukan serta dikerjakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan menguji hubungan dua variabel. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 155 siswa pada kelas XI (sebelas). Penelitian ini mengambil data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner secara online (google from). Dengan menggunakan Teknik sampling non probality sampling, yaitu convenience sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adanya hubungan yang negatif antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar yang memiliki arti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar maka semakin rendah prestasi belajar yang dimiliki sedangkan semakin rendah motivasi belajar maka semakin tinggi prestasi belajar yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Karena memiliki korelasi sebesar -0,44 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,589. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak berkorelasi. Jadi tidak adanya hubungan antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMK Bina Insani Pinang saat pembelajaran daring di masa covid-19. Kata kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar.
