Abstract

The Cikamunding irrigation area is a strategic irrigation area, because the Cikamunding irrigation canal irrigates thousands of farmers' land and has an important role in irrigating Banten. Meeting the needs of irrigation water in the Cikamunding irrigation area is very important to support agricultural productivity in the area. Agricultural productivity can also be maximized if the availability of the amount of water needed by plants is sufficient and using optimal cropping patterns. This final project aims to determine the availability and demand for water in the Cikamunding irrigation area. The calculation of crop water needs is based on consumptive use (Etc), water requirements during land preparation (IR), location (P), water layer replacement (WLR), irrigation efficiency (EI), effective rainfall (Re) and the area of irrigation. The value of potential evapotranspiration (Eto) was calculated using the modified Penman method. Meanwhile, the calculation of water availability is based on the mainstay discharge (Q 80%) of the Cikamunding river discharge data within a period of 10 years. The calculation results show that the monthly water needs are fulfilled, because the water needs are still less than the water availability from the Q80 mainstay discharge which is quite large using the rice-rice cropping pattern. Keywords: Mainstay Discharge Irrigation, Water Needs, Cropping Patterns Daerah irigasi Cikamunding merupakan daerah irigasi yang strategis, karena saluran irigasi Cikamunding mengairi ribuan lahan milik petani dan memilki peranan penting dalam pengairan Banten. Pemenuhan kebutuhan air irigasi pada daerah irigasi Cikamunding sangat penting untuk menunjang produktifitas pertanian pada daerah tersebut. Produktifitas pertanian juga dapat maksimal jika ketersediaan jumlah air yang dibutuhkan tanaman cukup dan mengunakan pola tanam yang optimal. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan dan kebutuhan air pada daerah irigasi Cikamunding. Perhitungan kebutuhan air tanaman didasarkan pada penggunaan konsumtif (Etc), kebutuhan air saat penyiapan lahan (IR), perlokasi (P), penggantian lapisan air (WLR), efisiensi irigasi (EI), curah hujan efektif (Re) dan luas areal irigasi. Nilai evapotranspirasi potensial (Eto) dihitung mengunakan metode penman modifikasi. Sedangkan perhitungan ketersediaan air didasarkan pada debit andalan (Q 80%) dari data debit sungai Cikamunding dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun. Hasil perhitungan didapat bahwa kebutuhan air setiap bulannya tercukupi, dikarenakan kebutuhan air tersebut masih lebih sedikit dari pada ketersedian air dari debit andalan Q80 nya yang cukup besar dengan menggunakan pola tanam padi-padi Kata kunci :Irigasi Debit Andalan, Kebutuhan Air, Pola Tanam
